Northern Ontario,
your "new converts and religious conversion" comment associates to your quote; the quote that references... me! So ya, my name is in your post. You should learn to remember what you write, not what you think you wrote.

What you have just shown with this and most of your posts is that you're just a narcissistic butt-hurt little troll..............

Britain is preparing itself for what is likely to be its coldest winter for 100 years.

Meanwhile, my Iraqi barber was telling me that it is snowing in Iraq - something which is very unusual there. He was saying that many of those poor Christians and Yazidis who have been forced out of their homes by the Muslim scum may well freeze to death.

These, of course, are just two of the results of the natural global cooling that the earth is experiencing.

What can you really expect from waldo?.. He's an obedient little enviro-zealot that is perfectly trained to parrot the pap that is fed to him.

Generally speaking, followers like him are incapable of any rational logic, thus his inability to provide any form of support to his statements.

Why would crops decrease?

That's right. Waiting for nothing because we all know Feds got out of the global climate change warming extreme weather business. That'll save a pile.

There's plenty of reasons, one way of the other. Fact is, you don't really know.

Your problem is that you have no confidence in the data or the models, yet a lot of confidence in your predictions. In order ot have confidence in a prediction you need to have confidence in your data and models. That is fundamental science. Otherwise you're just making it up.

Truth be told, folks that work in the agri sector rely on experience and most likely don't spend a lot of time consulting ineffective computer models

Yeah they do. Especially when there is a threat of extreme wetaher events. Fact is modern agriculture depends quite a bit on forecasts and such. It's certainly a relevant topic right now, given the drought in California. Those in control of the dams and access to the aquifers need forecasts to assess how much water they should be releasing. Things like measuring snowpack depth adn density are critical.
