Williams is an animal. I don't think it had anything to do with the military. This creep would have done these crimes if
he was a dentist or an accountant. I think he was like Clifford Olsen, more intelligent, but the same kind of sleezy
monster as Olsen.

Since there is absolutely no doubt about his guilt, I can not understand why anyone would oppose the death penalty in this case. He took two lives and destroyed several more, so I'd be really interested to hear why we should continue to support this pond scum. In fact it's disrespectful to his victims to keep him around.

In that, we are in total agreement. I think even Williams would agree to be put to death.

Still, hanging him by his testicles for the rest of his life has a nice ring to it....;-)

We should all pray for him, no? Would that equate showing `forgiveness`?

Some how, him being a `military man`, these sick details don`t surprise me.

Aw, c'mon JBee. Lots of military men, kill. Mostly on the battlefield. Whacha got here is a full blown psychopath. funny though, he confessed. Most of em don't. This prick knows he won't hang, and can masturbate to his hearts content, remembering, in his little cell, for the rest of his life, or so I hope. hope the cell is tiny, with a light on all the time.

Check out "Crimelibrary.com'.............not too many military men.

Mostly low life, poorly educated, well educated, fuxked up as kids, all the stuff.

Course, you know that, ya trollin shyte.........:p

True, but this guy was promoted through what I would think are some pretty stringent evaluations ... including psychological assessment. Somehow, he passed through all of them without being identified as sociopathic with deviant and murderous tendencies. Many functional people are sociopathic, and many sociopaths do not murder, but those that do should be identifiable with some pretty basic tests ... I would hope.

hey, he's in the military. Maybe murderous tendencies is what they look for........................dunno.:laughing6:

lol......

Thats for sure. The guy has out-ranked anyone (in Canada) daring to elevate to his level.

Thanks for speaking up on the subject Nuggler. The silence from the military pack on here is deafening.

Now that most of what Williams did is out, I decided to read up on what really happened. I would put this guy in the same category as Dennis Radar ... the BTK guy. He hit the women in the head with a flashlight to "subdue" them, tied them up, tortured them, and then murdered them. He assaulted them for hours and hours. His description is tame compared to the injuries the women experienced.

Here he is in some of the more than 600 items of underwear he stole:

Warning: Graphic photo evidence

Here's a fairly comprehensive document covering the intitial denials and then the confession.

http://www.cbc.ca/news/pdf/williams-agreed-day2.pdf

He is a very dangerous man. One of the rape victims, a 21 year old that had an 8 month old infant in the next room during the assault, is suing for 2.5 million. Mary Elizabeth Harriman, Russell's wife, is also being sued because Russell transferred his property to his wife in March ... obviously to ensure that they keep their money. Harriman is defending this move because she is concerned about her future and security. I think that Mary Elizabeth Harriman does not deserve her husband's property ... and I also do not believe that she was completely unaware of her husband's activities. I believe she was a wife that chose to look the other way ... but there is no way that there could be an extra 600 pieces of women's underwear in their residences and she did not know anything about it.

Then I have some bad news. To the best of my knowledge, there is no surefire test that any intelligent psychopath couldn't pass. Essentially, they're smart enough to know what the expected answer ought to be and so would simply write the answer we want to see, pass the test with flying colours, and that's the end of that. There is no test in existence that could have caught this.
