nope, it's climate change now because the earth is nowhere near warming no matter what Bs they try to sell us. It's actually well below average temperatures across Canada this year and more recently. Bu tI'm sure some Island in the middle of nowhere that nobody has eve rheard of has been averaging 150 degree fehrenheit temperatures recently, that'll bring the numbers up, much like they were caught lying about temperature readings at bouys across the Atlantic which gave them their BS numbers to begin with, and also was the cause of Climategate. but yea, it's climate change now, don't get it twisted.

Above normal for Atlantic Canada, Quebec, Northern Ontario, Northern Manitoba and Nunavut. Except for the Yukon the rest of Canada has been near normal. Yukon cold was caused by Arctic oscillation which also led to a higher than normal temp for the high north and Arctic region and cooler temps for the West coast and Europe.

They should exspect more of the same as the Arctic warms and the colder air spills south.

I was a skeptic a few years back.

Was never a big fan of Gore or Suzuki and didn't buy into their message.

I did something radical though....I met some real scientist in the field of climate.

They changed my mind very quickly.

Did some of my own research as well and based on real science by real published scientists and other silly things like observable facts, I switched sides.

Since then the science gets stronger and the denial gets weaker.

Their are deniers on this site and until they whip out some sort of proof they are real scientists with published peer reviewed papers they are nothing more than basement dilettante's and conspiracy theorists.

Kind of like the 9/11 truthers and the Obama birthers....you know who they are......;-)

It's interesting that the coal industry (which is what I assume you mena by dirty energy) is actually owned by private people, for the most part, and they are actually the opposition of the big conglomerate international banking run oil industry, for the most part, only because bog oil doesn't; own big coal, if they did, we would hear nothing bad about it.

As to your points, I don't think there is anywhere near a consensus on the science and scientists have virtually never been right about anything in the history of mankind so I'm going to stear clear of the science on either side of the debate because it's all manipulated to say what they are trying to make it say. The truth lies in the money. where are the international bankers? That's the side you don't want to be a part of because they are just not good people and are clearly trying to enslave the planet. unfortunately, for you, that is your side. gore is funded by the rothschilds family. 'nuff said.

And as for obama birthers. well, if he has a birth certificate, and it's legitimate, why not show us?

The last three decades is irrelevant. What is important is more like last three millennium. The problem is that so many of the truthers have lied to us too many times in the past. People like Suzuki and Gore are only in it for the money and many others are the same ones that tried to convince the gullible that logging sites turned to moonscapes in an effort to get donations so they could jet around the world and play for free. Remember Stumpy? Didn't even come from Claycot like they claimed. Mt. Paxton- can barely even tell it has been logged now.
This is not to say that we shouldn't clean up our $hit but lets tell the truth about it.
