How long has Harper been in again?

Well, if the cons lose the next election, they will have lasted about 4 years less than the previous Liberal government.

Looking back, before another 9 year stint with Mulroney and Campbell, the Liberals were in power for 20 of the previous 21 years.

Does that mean anything? Probably not.
