What is your beef besides the fact that I posted it? Most kids are diagnosed while in school. How many parents take their kids for assessment before school? With some kids it may be apparent from shortly after birth but the vast majority of kids being diagnosed with many of these so called disorders are done so in schools because teachers are not trained nor do they have the time to deal with "problem" kids. Most of the disorders mentioned in the OP are made up to sell drugs and placate teachers. I say, put the teachers on Ritalin and leave the kids alone.

Gawd, they even now have a "disorder" for people who do not want to eat food poisoned by pesticides or herbicides. If you want to eat organic you have a mental disorder. They even have a drug for "restless leg syndrome". The book on mental disorders went from a couple of hundred pages to thousands of pages in the last few decades. I am beginning to think that shrinks are not qualified to diagnose any more than teachers are. The whole medical profession has become nothing more than legalized drug pushers.

And my "rant" has everything to do with the OP. If you can't make the connection, that is your problem.

How the f-ck would you know what does or doesn't happen in the real world based in reality?

Here's a reminder of what you stated in the opening OP

Psychiatry—Stop Labeling Kids with Bogus 'Mental Disorders'

The problem isn't with Psychiatry, it's with those that do not have the proper training to properly diagnose. THAT'S what I have a problem with. Your bullshyte accusations and implication that these disorders are all lies. This is typical of idiots that have not had to deal with children that have REAL problems. It's idiots like you and the moron teachers that play "doctor" that have made it immeasurably harder to get proper care for those kids that do have real problems. It's video's like you posted above that make things harder for those kids that DO have problems with ADD/ADHD.

The above is YOUR problem. Seeing a conspiracy around every corner, is YOUR problem. Making it harder to get proper diagnosis's for our children because of conspiracy theorists like yourself, is MY problem.
