Bombers kept me watching all game. They lost about 48 minutes of the game. But the other 12 made the difference.
Hoovers had to win one sooner or later.

Tiger-Cats @Saskatchewan 3PM EST. I'll be at that one. Ti-Cats are my east team.

The next 3 games after are Stampeders and then back to back with Winnepeg for the Banjo Bowl then the Classic so watch for potential standings shifts in the West.

I might have to do the classic this year.

No sour grapes or anything but in the last minute of the game Toronto got a bogus roughing call on the returner after a big return, had a roughing call on a defenseless receiver ignored, and a pass interference call on a third down play overturned by the replay officials despite no conclusive evidence, to hand the Elks the win. Kicking field goals vs scoring tds was an issue all night as well so hard to say if they would have scored but still. Good for the Elks and good for Cody Fajardo who is on a one year deal. Other teams should take note.

Same deal in Regina with Hamilton settling for field goals from stalled drives. Starting to think Scott Milanovich is no genius. The wind was the same for both sides but Sask controlled the ball into the wind in the 3rd quarter for almost 10 minutes. Speaking of wind tunnels next game up vs Calgary should be a good one. Until they win it there will always be doubters for the Riders. Plus don't know where watermelons are grown in the province

Bombers suck and now they sign Demerio Houston after being the main prognosticator in the Chad Kelly witch hunt. Of course the charges were dropped and all is good as if the mother of his children had any other choice.

Alouettes floundering.

Could be a tall order for the Alouettes to fend off the dirt bag Blue Bombers tonight although they have played them tough over the last few years and James Morgan might do okay. Als defense can win the game on their own. Paying 3.25 to win outright and 1.8 with 6.5 points. Low over / under at 48 points which might be the way to play the game.

Edmonton is rolling and Ottawa won't slow them down. Maybe if there is a rain storm.

Toronto should have a big crowd with the CNE going on and will want to play well. Over is a good bet although the Argos are paying 3.25 to win for the brave.

Game everyone is waiting for is the Rider / Stamp matchup and hearing a big crowd is in the works which will have plenty of green sprinkled in. Will it be a quiet ride home is the question.
