Capitalism can not eradicate poverty

Ask the gulag residents. Ask the 1/4 of the Soviet population Stalin murdered. Ask the North Koreans starving.

Or just babble your propaganda. I'm done with you.

Good of you to demonstrate my point, though, so thanks for that.

Don't be absurd you know he can't ask the dead. Didn't some capitalist country bomb NK back to the stone age some time ago causing starvation among other hideous malidies? I seem to remember something to that effect.

No they aren't.
Yes they are.
You need to do some reading.
You need a dose of reality to wake you up from your idealism about communism.

(Update: yes, it's an April Fools' joke)

Please read what you're linking.
The second link is. I missed that. But you ignored the first one.

And you still have not shown me a success story about a communist country.

In North Korea, this is not the case. The State owns everything, and controls everything: including the hearts and minds of its citizens.
<WTH is that if it is not communism?, I say>

No, that's not communist. If a state owns and controls everything, that's totalitarianism. Communism aims to have the workers in control of the means of production (machinery, factories, tools, land, etc.)

It seems a bit odd that when an ideologue makes claims, they do not produce evidence but when someone denies their claims, they demand evidence.
Feckin put up or shut up.

Show me one communist country that hasn't been drastically influanced or interferred with by some capitalist country.
So communist countries are supposed to be completely isolated from the rest of the world. I see.

Just like any know it all, he likes to talk down to the " stupid" folks .He's got it all figured out and if you've a mind to have an opposing viewpoint that makes you,,in his mind a moron. You've just not read enough on the subject don't ya know.

Well, that does not bother me so much. What does bother me is that when I asked for evidence, all I got was dogmatic drivel.

Like I said PT, show me a case of a successful communist country or STFU.
There is a reason why so many communist countries are dropping the ideology. And it is not because communism works.

You're the ideologue. Liberalism - not even once.
Show me a successful communist country.
BTW, I am not a liberal. I am a bit more complex than that. I like some ideals from a lot of ideologies, but not one is pure nor perfect.

By HarperCons's definition, there has never been a communist country, so he can't show you a successful one.

There has never been a country where the workers owned the means of production. They have always been owned by the bosses or the state (another set of bosses).

The only places where the workers are even able to own the means of production are, ironically, the big, bad, EEE-vil capitalist countries, where co-ops, partnerships, and worker ownership of stock are relatively common. (though admittedly not a large part of the economy).

All true, but labour remains the ultimate commodity.

You're changing the subject. I read about that sh it. Where is the rest of the world, in your opinion?

It is a round. hahaha I crack me up.
In order for a country not to be influenced by other countries, it must be totally isolated.

The brain is nothing more than a computer: accumulating, storing and accessing data. It can only regurgitate the data it has stored. I admit that some have faulty hardware but it remains that it is nothing more than hardware.
