In the usa, those who were very left leaning have been powerless for years and when they actually gained some strength with cancel culture they basically abused it.

Those who are very right leaning have shown that they themselves aren't much better at being in power and use cancel culture just as poorly.

Neither of these two end-of-the-political-spectrum groups care about their country, just themselves and how much they can hurt the other group.

When you are busy pointing fingers it's hard to see where you're standing yourself.

As for Canadians not visiting the usa, it has shown that they are wanted and missed, but much like the rest of the world, we just don't want to visit their insanity right now.
