Alberta Human Health Services are the ones forcing the city police, not the mayor.
Yep and they went to the court in a closed hearing for the warrant and sealed the charges within it, even with that they didn't shut the service down, they arrested the pastor a mile or so down the road from the service in the middle of the street why?

Yes some... They have unlimited people entering their doors.. COSTCO doesn't, they actually limit buyers, enforce mask laws. Walmart in Airdrie half were not wearing masks and it was packed.. that should be fined.
And yet small shops are heavily regulated. go figure

Look it's not that I agree with the mask laws, and vaccines.. I think you know me well enough by now on CC.

However, the province has Health Orders for closing places, you won't win by getting fines and going to jail..

If people feel strong about this.. then fight it in court, file a lawsuit against the Province the City and Individuals. It's not good to get arrested then fight, you have already lost footing with the courts.. because it will come down to, did you break the law yes or no.. it's not against your Charter of Freedom..

As far as masks and the vaccine.. I don't wear one and I still have not got the vaccine. It's my body and my choice.

Artur won in court already once over their feeding the poor program, Edmonton Pastor in court now, we'll see if the health authority has power over constitutional rights in Alberta or Canada

How are "health orders" attacking constitutional rights.

Next time you are in a restaurant and you find mouse turds in your food, the same health department will be closing it down.. But Com'n Man Mouse turds kill less people than the flu every year.

You are arguing apples and oranges here Boomer, the only mouse turds here is the health authority overreach on capacity without confirmed infections to back up their claim. Which conflicts with the right to assemble and religious freedoms.

edit: Just to add why didn't they arrest the pastor and the over number of patrons in attendance at the house of worship in violation to the court order?

Section 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms ...

The fundamental freedoms are freedom of expression, freedom of religion, freedom of thought, freedom of belief, freedom of peaceful assembly and freedom of association. Section 1 of the Charter permits Parliament or the provincial legislatures to enact laws that place certain kinds of limited restrictions on the freedoms listed under section 2.

Section 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the freedom of expression, freedom of association, and the freedom of peaceful assembly. Protests are a way for people to express themselves for or against decisions made by government or other powerful institutions.

Where does it say you can out the health and possible lives of other at risk, this is where the Health Orders trump

Thanks you just proved my point, the Provincial Legislatures enacted certain health guidelines and AHS acted on it.

Were you able to unseal the charges in the warrant? Why wasn't the arrest made in the church where the violation should have taken place?

Because COVID-19 Inside has a higher transmission rate.. also they are refusing to limit people.. if they want outdoor mass, in the Fresh air and spaced apart.. common sense, why not.
It's a Jesus bubble. They aren't going to try to hose anyone down with unholy water from speaking mostly.

They can't stop him from doing a service. Health crap or no help crap but they can do a legal traffic stop and arrest under the narcotics act without a warrant and the JP will serve the warrant at cells.

Seems like the politicians are scared of offending muslims because they have a history of retaliation while christians, like jews no longer have what it takes to fight back.

First off this is not Federal but Provincial.

Second, COVID-19 is killing people, or haven't you heard.. so these idiot protestors are screaming "Canada's Charter of Freedom's and Right's" with a bad accent.

Canada's Charter of Freedom's and Right's do not cover Health Orders.. the same health orders that can shut down a restaurant if they have rat shit in your food.. people wouldn't be mad then is the place was closed..

People need to start respecting each other and start cooperating to get rid of this virus. Quit being selfish, and start being Canadian. 🇨🇦🍁🤘
F o you had it twice you tell us , and you appear to still be alive . It didn’t kill you . And they never shut your business down . Do you really think face diapers are effective? Because if they were these sticks wouldn’t be happening .

Your checkmate is contingent on the health authorities mandate enacted by law such as capacity requirements written in the health code, however the capacity was not breached and the COVID 10% capacity was not written into law or in a by-law it was just suggested to be safe a safe capacity for the spread of Corona.

The crazy part about this is that he thinks he's a hero.

Extremely funny listening to him whine like a little bitch when he's carried off.
thou shall not interfere with church donations. 💡 ;)
