From Kiss Fm. So it's not a once in a generation comes along.. But, it is also awesome.

What is honestly nice is that Kris gets these words after he performs, which is what counts. I'm sure Adam gets amazing kudos, also, but I guess what I'm saying is, how they introduce you is great, but it's how you do that counts.

Yeah, exactly. :)

Just watching the Script sing Breakeven. They were good too.

LMAO that Kris and Mat Kearney tweet about Trout to each other.

OMG. Those Adam fans' tweets are so insistent and pushy. And annoying. On the Kiss site. Serieusement.

Gee, very proud of our boy. He very smoothly and easily pulled off headlining the whole shebang. He's so relaxed onstage. I love watching him. He's so entertaining.

That's a good song.

I 've been good too, my friend. :) Now I know what people say, about how they don't know who to vote for until they watch the performances on the finale. That's how I feel. I don't really go for either of them. I like Crystal, she seem like a nice kid. As singers, I don't know. I liked Casey. And Andrew Garcia.

Simon annoys the everlovin' frak out of me with his Lee pimpage.

but Lea's cuter:wink: so he'll probably squeak out a win.

Yeah, that's all that really matters anyhow, in this world. :)

He wouldn't be the only one. BLG did too this afternoon when I had the stream on.

Okay, just asking. :)

I'm forcing myself to watch Idolatry. I don't know why but I can't get into it as much, this season. This seems more like the season of Cantiello than Slezak, to me.

HEE! Maybe because Cantiello expresses our frustrations so well :)

Nice Kris cameo in Lee and Crystal's Falling Slowly moment courtesy of Jason. I bought that movie after Kris sang Falling Slowly so yes, I agree very strongly with bringing Kris up. :) (in case you were wondering how I felt about Kris.. lol)

Mishavonna is really good. Crystal has the little tooth gap like Jacob Hoggard. I can live without We Are The Fallen, probably.

Slezak has never given Casey his due. He even ignored his presence the first few episodes. Maybe that's why I don't like Slezak this season. "Standing there blankly phoning it in," he says, while Casey looked very intense. Humph.

It's funny, because I've never been a big fan of Carly, but that clip made me check out their music and I'm pretty sure I'll be buying at least a few songs. I didn't expect Bury Me Alive to be that good!

I've been with Slezak all season long about Casey. I guess it's all a question of opinion and I agree with Slezak that Casey's only two notable performances were Jealous Guy and Don't.

Now that was a nice interview. Billy Costa is good at that.

MJ misidentified him at Matt Siegel. But they are kind of sound-alikes.

He also has a restaurant show on TV.

I didn't expect Bury Me Alive to be that good!

I guess it's all a question of opinion, as you said. I didn't expect it to be about being buried alive. I hate all stuff like that, though I think I have a Hawthorne Heights album someplace.

ETA:

I've been with Slezak all season long about Casey.

Well, maybe my point is just: you don't ignore one of the Top 10, or 12 (whatever it was) -- he ignored the guy in two different recaps, where he mentioned every other person. That's just ridiculous. The guy ended up in the Top 3. It didn't surprise me, he's a good musician, at least, even if his singing doesn't appeal to some people. I still felt right from the start, he was better than (off the top of my head) Aaron, Katie, Tim, Paige, and I don't even remember the others I thought he was better than.

Slezak annoys me sometimes with his biases. He annoyed me about Gokey, another person who (deservedly) ended up in third place. I don't like Gokey, but still -- if you're going to be satirical like Cantiello, that's one thing. Slezak is supposed to be fairly "serious" in his critiques and journalism, despite his humor. I think he sometimes has to remember that abilty needs to be acknowledged, even if he personally doesn't like someone.

That's one reason I don't think he'd be a great judge on Idol. Not that the ones they've got are any better. But I'd like a judge to be able to notice what's good in every contestant.

Thanks, SleepinIn.

Did you guys see this hilarious response posted under the Crystal-singing-at-age-13 video? (It was quoted on Top Idol.)

start singing at the age of 13? adam lambert start singer when hewas 10 years old adma axting and signer in los sneles plus singing in europe.
a true gifted signer name; elvis presley-michael jackson and adam lambert. remember thyre the same zodiac sign animal(mj-elvis and adam) and madonna as well;
cyrstal bowersox same as kris zodiac animal sign ox year born.

I happen to also be the same zodiac sign as "thyre." mj-elvis-adam-madonna, and ross. Year of the dog. I don't think the year of the ox sounds so bad, though...

Well, I see Slezak as any other Idol reviewer. He states his opinion, just like any of us, except he's got a bigger platform to do so. He's always been partial to some contestants and yes, his biases are very clear. And I'm perfectly okay with that. I don't see him as having to be objective in his critiques. If I agree with him, cool, if I don't, well, that's okay too. If I didn't like his reviews, I wouldn't read them. And mostly, I find he's actually pretty fair. I don't agree that he never acknowledges the contestants's abilities. When he thought Casey was good, he said so, and he even said he was the best of the night when he did Jealous Guy.

You go Ross. You are possibly the next hugest superstar in the world. I will shield my eyes from your brightness. Sadly I am neither an ox nor a dog. So all is lost.

I don't even know what I am, LOL.

Oh! I'm from the year of the dog too apparently, I just checked.

Same year as Adam in fact... even though I was born a year and a few days after him.
