For those who don't understand business. A business is in business to make money. All the expenses incurred by the business must be taken into account when the business decides on what to charge a customer. Taxes are an incurred expense and this cost is passed on to the customer. Ergo businesses (corporations) do not pay tax. There is only one tax payer the end consumer.

Offsets? You can't say that is tax free.

For small businesses owners as well as huge it's ridiculous to not incorporate.

There has been no failure. The cuts were implemented. Companies are paying far less income tax than they were. In reality corporations should pay zero income tax since all taxes are simply included in the price of their goods/services and paid ultimately by the end user. Far better to raise taxes on dividends,that way the end recipient of the profit is paying the tax.

First the company pays taxes the taxes are then paid again by shareholders at personal rates on their dividends. The money is taxed twice.

The only way taxes should be paid is by a consumption task.

There is a slam dunk that would appease both business and consumer. Axe the GST.

Where and who are the taxes actually paid to? Keep in mind the national debt and who holds the notes. That's correct, private mutinational banks collect thier taxes via your representatives (government) who act as their agents. Where's the democracy in that arrangement? A paper democracy is as good as paper.
