If we could aquire very good Russian designs like the rest of the world can, we could significantly cut the cost and have a more effective heavier than air assault unit/ defence unit.

India has a big Russian airforce they buy the SU's all the time, best bang for your buck they say,

Build that hot new Russian T50/PAK FA airframe under licence, put Rolls Royce engines in it, the most modern Western avionics and weapons and it would probably be the best aircraft up there.

I don't know, it seems to make a splash without the Atlantist interests. The F35 is a copy of global warming, fraud and incompetance at every level, a Chinese beurocratic breakdown, the west is toast

RR is a brand, when I was young I got a job looking after a pair of RR engines in a deep sea vessel known as Bags'es yaught.

Lockheed threatens economic harm to Canada for dumping the f-35
..."The F-35 does not work and is far from working," said Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau during a June 7 parliamentary debate, blasting the fighter jet that has cost the Pentagon over $1.5 trillion. Despite this exorbitant price tag, the jet continues to spontaneously shut down mid-flight due to software glitches.

Lockheed Martin attempted to mislead the public about the fiscal and battlefield realities surrounding the costly warplane, conducting a publicity tour across Canadian TV over the weekend to threaten the country’s people with economic reprisals amounting to several hundred million dollars and nearly 10,000 jobs.
