Budget deficits don't necessarily mean debt. Do you blow your wad every month or do you budget and keep a little aside? A budget is merely what you intend to spend from your income. It's just a goal.

It's become a cliche that people like you demonize the poor when presented with the inequalities or our society. Hate is a great way to alleviate responsibility. Not surprisingly you completely missed my point, and since you didn't actually comment on what I said but instead just said "poor people are lazy substance abusers" I don't have any responses. I could have already guessed that was your opinion on the topic I wasn't posting about.
I thought the questions taxslave posed were legitimate and to the point. There's lots of jobs out there for young fellers and most of the people who want them have them. When I was in the work force there were too many guys who were just interested in pay day and quitting time.
Smart people do. I was a lazy budgeter so I did it in reverse, made up my mind how much I wanted to save for all purposes - usually around 20%, then paid the pressing bills and bought groceries and beer- sometimes around the end of week 3 we had to cut back to wieners, beans and Adam's ale, but we never starved.
Ah but if you work in government it is not a prediction but a law .
How can you get an increase in budget next year if you don't go over budget this year .
Bureaucracy it is always a beautiful thing to spend free money .
