Possibly. Not the sales themselves, but customers knowing we have products with no market and will be looking for a firesale.
Why would we firesale? Commodities are priced by demand and just as important to as demand is delivery. Hence the term "futures". What would you buy, a hot $20 pizza delivered today by 6:00PM for dinner or wait it out hungry for a warm $15 pizza delivered sometime between 8:00PM and 11:30PM?
We have high quality at quantity and we're reliable. We can now offer full order fulfillment and priority without US getting first dibs.
Some of our goods have waiting lists and backlogs. To existing and new customers there are plenty of benefits that lead to longer contracts and bigger orders without loss.

We’ve seen ‘preemptive’ coercive “retaliation” (it’s not the right term, but it fits the concept) before American/Canadian negotiation’s even started…with threats that we would be hit even harder if we put our hands up. That’s not negotiation unless you are a member of the mafia.
Where is Trump coming from? What position of Trumps explains what’s happening with Greenland and Venezuela and Cuba and Canada? What position will explain what’s going to happen with Panama and Nicaragua and Mexico next?
Tell us what they are doing then , remember they are best suited to come to a deal ?
Look at his accomplishments. He's done more for America that any prior President in history!! What has Trudeau/Carney done for Canada in the past 10 years? NADA!!

My question is the same. It had nothing to do with what colour of crayon is Trump’s favourite or stooping to his level. I asked how is Carney personally benefitting from higher prices which you claimed he was.What was there to answer? You don't know? Huh!

I think of a couple of old phrases that have just come to mind:
1) “If you owe the bank $100,000 and are defaulting, that’s your problem…but if you owe the bank $100 million and defaulting, that’s the Banks problem.”
2) “If America sneezes, Canada catches a cold.” As of mid-2026, Canadian entities hold $459.6 billion USD in US Treasury securities (national debt), while the Government of Canada holds $64.4 billion USD in liquid US currency and short-term deposits within its official foreign exchange reserves.

The philosophy I like to promote is, "if you're a couple million dollars in debt when you die, you're ahead of the game.

Lake Erie comes from erielhonan, an Iroquoian word meaning "long tail" and likely referred to the eastern cougar or wildcat. Early French explorers thought the name meant "cat," so they first called it Lac du Chat (on early European maps around 1650), and French explorer René de Bréhant de Galinée first recorded the name as Lac Érié around 1670….so about 350 years ago & it has been known as such ever since.

I've seen them at WalMart checkouts. They don't have much in them. The Saturday Star used to be a huge beast of a paper. Now it is tiny. Maybe 2 sections. They charge a fortune for it too. Don't know why anyone would buy one. I guess if one had a puppy.
I’m using some flyers under some green cherry tomatoes to help them ripen.
I only see printed magazines and national inquiries, etc…& the price attached to those, they blow my mind.
There were a couple things that caught my attention but weren't significant enough to become a memory of what they were.
