Alexandria, VA – In the more than 24 hours since news broke that President Barack Obama uttered the disgusting sexual slur “teabaggers” in reference to the Tea Party movement, the Media Research Center (MRC) has confirmed that ABC, CBS, NBC and CNN have all refused to report the offense on their national television broadcasts.

Since news broke yesterday, Politico, The Washington Times and numerous other outlets have reported. Even liberal outlets like The Washington Post’s “Right Now” blog, The Atlantic and ABC News’ own “Political Punch” blog covered the alarming news. Yet the networks still refused to air it.

And they have the nerve to complain because Obama called them a derogatory name (which may not even be derogatory, it depends upon the context). If they have such a thin skin, they probably don’t belong in politics.

But then I have always maintained, teabaggers are simply the extreme right wing Republican base. They are mad because after 12 years they are out of power. If Republicans gain control of Senate and House in November, teabaggers will go away. It won’t matter to them if Republicans heavily intrude into peoples’ lives if they continue running astronomical deficit, if they continue pandering to the Wall Street, if they ruin nations economy (as they did once before) etc.

It is certainly probable that some members of the 'tea party movement' are homosexuals.
It is certainly possible that some members of the 'tea party movement' engage in acts of 'tea bagging'.
