You're still a Trumptard.

Just like cap'n, your desperate attempts to make this about rail is just as pathetic as his attempts to make it about self driving cars.

Fukk you guys are dumb.
Um, did you read the title of the article YOU posted there, dicknuts? If pipelines will no longer be necessary, how the hell do you think they're going to transport all that oil around the continent? They even mentioned re-purposing coal cars to haul the oil balls. I'm sure if you think real hard, I mean really, really hard, you can figure it out.
Here, let me help you out with a little hint. I think you can, I think you can.

Damn, you must be one seriously sub-moronic mental deficient if you can't even comprehend the articles you post.

Hey, let's make snarky posts cuz they sound smrt!
Awwwww s'matter cupcake, hate it when people use your stupid games against you?

Uh, pipelines would be far more efficient that loading pellets of oil into rail cars or trucks.

If the process is sound fundamentally and cost efficient I could see the industry using both technologies, one way to solve shipping oil overseas haul, store, load and ship like grain. If the capsules can be made in different shapes to fit in Sea cans, that would also be interesting.

I cannot see this making pipelines unnecessary. An alternate delivery method perhaps.

Will that curb the exploitation of child slaves in Africa digging cobalt?

I don't know. Why don't you ask the oil workers in developing nations who work in similar conditions? And while you are at it, why don't you boycott the use of cobalt? After all you don't need your smartphone.

From people who don't understand transport risks. The American Railway Association has stated that rail is the absolute worst way to transport oil. But of course you and some dude in Calgary would know better than those who run the rail industry.

Absolutely, but if BC is not going to let oil pipelines be constructed then the industry will probably turn to alternative methods.

Leave the crap in the ground. Problem solved. Trudeau is a lying prick and there will be hell to pay for this breech of trust in BC.
