Your continued claim of the illegal act of running dyed fuel and tax evasion, aside. Road maintenance is mostly paid for from general taxes.
They don't have dyed fuel in SK only clear. The DOT can check my truck or slip tank at any time.Have not had purple in my slip for years.

As for taxes,I just found out about the T2200 form so get your wallet out,I smell a few grand coming my way soon, all legal beagle.
Hotel rooms, tires for my truck, etc and this is not even through my corporation.:)

Just going by what you claim dude.

Geeze, that makes a lot of sense. You get fuel for free, and you're going to claim it as an expense as an employee?

Wow, openly claiming that you plan on defrauding the gov't.

I'm not sure if that makes your post dumb, ballsy or full of sh!t.

Well lucky for you, you added that caveat. Not that it makes much sense.

But I suspect you'll post something else equally silly in short order.

You may want to check out just what a T2200 form is for, most employers will not even give you one because most have never heard of one and ya,I,m going to write off everything I legally can for conditions of my employment including my truck and all cost,s involved to operate it for my employment.
The employer has to fill out the form, not the employee.
You can view it here if you like.
T2200 - Declaration of Conditions of Employment

I love it but my employers hate it.
My truck is worth way more then what they pay for my daily rate and especially when im doing 4 hour drives to a job site.
Write off time! :)
I am required to have my own tools and instruments, another write off, shopping spree coming up!

You don't though, lol.

Unless you can explain how you are your employer, according to you, and you say that this isn't through your corporation.

So in other words, you can't explain how it applies to you.

Pretty much what I thought. Thanks for proving me right, yet again, lol.

BTW: I don't think you're committing a fraud. I do however think you are one, lol.

Like I care what you think.
If your that ignorant on the T2200 and fuel taxes then maybe you should not be responding?
Just sayin.
If anything I just proved how ignorant you are on some things.

Nope.

If you had, you would have actually explained how you, your own employer is using the T2200 form, without involving your corporation.

Since you didn't, all you did was prove me right...

Thanks for that by the way.

Oh ya, I forgot to mention...

They don't have dyed fuel in SK only clear.

Common Questions about Fuel Tax - Finance - Government of Saskatchewan

Millsap Fuel Distributors Ltd. Saskatchewan - Diesel Fuels

Apparently they do have dyed fuel in Sask.

If anything I just proved how ignorant you are on some things.
Seems I keep proving how ignorant you are (Sometimes you do it for me, or with your help, lol) in all things.

LOL...

I think this is when I've embarrassed you sufficiently enough, and you now call me a troll, say I'm stalking you, claim I can't have an adult discussion, and claim to be putting me on ignore.

They do not have dyed fuel at any UFA I have been at.
I'm on hourly,my corp. is in limbo right now.
I get OT when working hourly, not when contracting, pays to be flexible when working for multiple companies.
:)
I hit my 44 hours in 4 days, the rest is all OT unless your on contract.
So I make more hourly then the contractors and thus the T2200 come's into effect.:)

If that is fraud then report me to whoever.

Maybe it's just me but having worked in all 3 western provinces I find BC'ers have a me first attitude,Albertans have a get her done get out of my way attitude and SK folks have a "we're all in this together,do you need a hand" attitude.

Folks should remember who built the first roads in the west.
If someone has not volunteered a pilot car for them yet I know lots who would free of charge.

Not the born and raised in BC ones. It is all the imports that come here and then want the drawbridge raised right behind them so that no one else can come in. I think they are about 60 years too late with that one. Things started going down hill when we got ferries.

Been doing that for about ten years. All I can say is be sure you can document all of it. The employer does not fill it out, you do .They just agree that you are entitled to fill it out.

In BC you have a slow traffic sign a triangle but it does not allow you to drive long
distances on the highway. In fact a quad off road vehicle is only allowed to travel
a hundred meters on the the highway with a slow moving sign. I know this because
I was on the Board of Directors of an agricultural organization and the police stopped
one of our quads. The motor vehicle branch allowed for one hundred meters then
the quad had to get off the public highway.
This is about insurance and liability and I agree with the law. In case of an accident
I don't want to pay for injuries or court costs as a person covered by insurance.
Yes we all pay it comes out of the premiums paid .
If these people don't have insurance and they don't find out about all the regulations
it is not the fault of law makers in BC.

In BC we fight about everything until someone says oh to hell with it.
Alberta just does it and to hell with the consequences. Its a worry
about it later mentality. Saskatchewan builds consensus and they do
get it done eventually. BC we have a special interest group for every
problem and they are all interlinked. This way we can fight about
everything without having to make a decision on anything and if it looks
like there is going to be agreement we all change sides and start again.
Either that or on mass we decide we don't want something regardless of
the science, or even the benefit or logic. Has nothing to do with it we don't
like it. Examples, the HST didn't want it period, no discussion the answer is
NO. In fact the government is going down to defeat because of it.
The pipeline is another issue. The majority does not want it, we don't want
to even hear anymore and if someone wants to build a refinery we just shut
them down as happened in the last few weeks.
We have laws in BC and we expect people to obey the law in BC

Guess you were wrong once again, another reason not to delve into stuff you know zip about.
:)
I wasn't wrong.

You don't know how T2200 works, and your claims don't add up.

That's what I said.

No one has proven otherwise.

It says right on the government site that the EMPLOYER fills it out.

T2200 - Declaration of Conditions of Employment

If you read this you will see that the questions are directed to the employer, not the employee.

Heh!

I always figured you worked for someone, and your corporation story, was just that, a story.

It's cool that you admit it now though.
guess you missed the part where I explained why I have my company in Limbo.
When I go back contracting I'll fire it up again.
Easy as pie,one phone call.:)

I wanted in to the benefit program for new glasses also.
