So ... who really IS the idiot?

Everyone except Gilles Duceppe.

Jack being foremost, having set up the disaster almost single handedly.

Tying for second? Dion, for falling into Jack's trap, and Harper, for not calling the three stooges on the Coalition......and being rewarded with a majority, either now or in 18 months.

Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff receives a standing ovation from his MPs Wednesday as he begins debate on the budget in the House of Commons.

NDP, Bloc fume as Liberals say they’ll support amended Tory document

True.

So in other words, Layton and Duceppe are right.... Iggy just handed them a get out of jail free card......

I knew he'd tuck and run..... frig, if he was going to support the budget, at least he could have done was make some real amendment requests.

And yet..... the Liberals are gonna vote for it anyways.... brilliant! Just utterly BRILLIANT!

Typical.

Well.... might as well suck it all in now.... take a deep breath...... and here we go with yet another couple of years of being screwed over by the Good Cop/Bad Cop routine of the Liberals and Conservatives.

What a joke.

The "budget" was strangely a "Liberal" budget clothed in tory sheepskin. Everything the Liberals wanted - they got

The only "fob" to the true blue neocons was an overabundance of funds for Alberta. Just more "trough diving " for the party faithful

Unfortunately we'll be seeing an Ignatieff minority in 6-9 months (I'm not an Ignatieff fan).

What I'd like to see is a McKenna or Manley majority in 6 months, but they're a little too bright to jump into the political cesspool anytime soon

Though I'm damned pissed at Jack for stepping in with the separatists and now with his renewed pro-union stance, I enjoyed seeing Harper made mortal.

I guess you recall fondly the "Harris Terror" and the "gutting" of Ontario?

Remember how gung ho everyone was about him at first? All he did was target a group of 'undesirables' in order to get elected. Sound familiar?
