Biden hires lawyer to keep him out of jail

Maybe we should get a report on who has to have more lawyers, Biden or Trump? Reports are that Trump has spent (reported amount) is over $45,000,000. Why would he have to spend so much of donated money if he is innocent? Also if he is innocent, then he would be in court, proving he is innocent. Is Trump giving up so many leads on what could be a crime, to draw smoke and mirrors about how is going to delay the trials until after the election in 2024.

The problem is the court is often stacked. When both the persecutor and the judge belong to the Democratic party, and it is basically a political witch hunt the odds of winning are slim. Much like the leaders of the Freedom Convoy that are still sitting in jail, denied bail and not had a hearing in almost 600 days.

I read that the USA courts are stacked in favour of the political party in power, which gives ability for the party in power to be crooked, knowing they have the judges who will rule in their favour. Then when the other party wins, they have to get even, rather than govern.

The life appointments probably make that really tough.

Judges are suppose to be chosen randomly by the DOJ for each case, but, how lucky are the anti Trumper's that the same 3 judges keep getting the nod on every case brought forward in DC?

Ot costs big bucks to defend yourself. Why do u think so many I nocent ppl plead guilty when they're not? It's b'cuz they can't afford to fight! (See Jan 6)
