Good point. Canadians who are not Old Stock would do well to not travel.

Maybe y'all can make that a government policy, or even a law.

Or they should at least buy an internally-falsified Canadian diplomatic passport... if they have the money and are willing to run the legal risk, that is.

Oh, and if they know people in the right places of course.

Abdul? The People's republic of Canastan? You must be confusing Canada for the PRC.

WU? Weather Underground? Western Union?

Talking to yourself, WU. That's one of the warning signs.

If that were your last word in this matter you might not be communicating with this WU character now. What,s that a warning sign of?

That you might be getting WU.

By the way, what's the fuss? So we tried to make Abdul take off his turban. Y'all make us disarm when we come to the People's Republic of Canastan. That's worse.
Um, not necessarily. If you declare your firearm(s) and they are legal in Canada, you can continue on with them. Lots of Americans come up here to hunt bringing their rifles with them.

Nothing like playing the race card. Thousands of travelers have been forced to remove their shoes, even on domestic flights.
Even flying a plane load of construction workers from Terrace to Vancouver we had to remove shoes and belt buckles, the odd one even got picked for special extra tests as per the rules. It was pretty funny when one of the guys had a concrete vibrator in his luggage and it showed up on the Xray. The whole place was howling when he told the poor woman it was a vibrator. SHe didn't know if he was serious or not and had to ask one of the other guards.

Yeah; but the Royal House Guards don't claim it to be religious in context and nor should the Sikhs because the wearing of the Turban is not "required" or even suggested in edicts of their religion. The not cutting of their hair is. The Turban is merely a traditional method of confining their hair that used to get multi-coloured from the dye vats they used in their history of cloth weaving and dyeing.

Hubby coming home dragging behind him a yard or two of hair all different colours of the rainbow pizzed Mrs. Sikh off so....when rolling up a bolt of cloth they had dyed and cutting off the raw end of it to square it up they discovered that bit of colourful strip of cloth was handy to use as a do-rag to contain all that dangling hair and keep it out of the dye vats.......TRADITION was created.

The Turban is nothing whatsoever to do with their freak'n religion in the same way the cross or the fish symbol on the back of your car became symbolic to Christians. Different tribes/sects of Sikhs even resort to wrapping their Turbans in different ways to differentiate each other.

Some of them use hair pins to fasten those windings together in some sort of permanence so they can remove it in one piece and put it on the hat shelf in the Local Legion Branch they chose to drink at; no kidding, When in the RCN I often drank with Sikh dockyard commissionaires back in the 60's who used to arrive at the Legion or local Hotel in Esquimalt B.C. and upon entering the bar area would remove the whole magilla and join us for brewskis. Yeah they drink alcohol too as my FIL used to drop them out of the belly of his Liberator bomber behind Jap lines in WWII and at least 60% of them needed a few shots of rye from the bottles kept in the ammunition trays for the rear turret gunner before going down the slide.

We've been duped by these guys to accept this as a required part of dress for the devotee of the Sikh religion when in fact IT'S NOT! Sikh scholars would, if being honest tell you the truth but they do not dare now as this little fraud is worldwide in scope now.

"We regret the screening experience did not meet the expectations of Mr. Bains," said Michael McCarthy.

Canada accepted THAT as an apology?!?!?! What a pushover this Trudeau Government is.

What do you want Canada to do: mobilize its forces and declare war over this?
