Ocean Breeze and Morghabi really need to reconsider their accusation that 9/11 was an American conspiracy.
That sounds alot like the Holocaust was some zionist propaganda to elicit mercy for the Jew.
But...alas...I am discovering who the reasonable ones are, and it happens to be Peapod, Reverend Blair, Vanni (all three of whom I disagree with a lot but who actually have a brain and a sense of humor), ITN, Eaglesmack, Toro, Walrus.

seems this is the standard response to anyone that poses the hard questions. No problem. If people want to "believe" what the US gov't tells them as the gospel truth.........so be it.
most of the world chooses NOT TO.....and with good reason.
gotta admit, the US population is a very "sensitive" and "defensive " lot these days.... and simply cannot /choose not to deal with some real issues that are transparent to most .
just because Americans have lost the right to question their gov't.........does not mean this applies to the rest of the world.
.........the fact that some REFUSE to consider all possibilites blinds them to many truths that might be staring them in the face.
Maybe the biggest difference between the US mindSET and the rest of the world is that the US are easily persuaded by their own propaganda.----while the rest of the world is not afraid to question....(unless of course they live in a nation that "discourages" thinking .

What is transparent to most feeds their pre-conceptions of reality. They can't make the break to see beyond those pre-conceptions. They are stuck in anything that defies logic and reason. absolutely agree. Personally , I try to differentiate the two when I post here.......but not always successful.
as such generalizations are counterproductive.it is a good point. .........and human nature being what it is.....the tendancy to "generalize " is there. This is neither right/accurate or effective.
