Illegal Alien Arrested After Striking 4 Teenagers And Flinging 2 Of Them Off His Hood Before Then Taking Off

"Seared in his memory are the screams, the shattered windshield, the blood and the fleeing motorist.

"He hit two of them, were on the ground and then keep coming across the intersection with two of more girls on the hood of the car and they were just screaming. The school books are still clutched in their hands and papers were flying all over the place," Loverde said.

It is not just in the border states that crimes by illegals are happening.

Rape suspect deported 4 times
EDMONDS, Wash. – The man accused of raping a woman behind an Edmonds grocery store has been deported at least four times in the past 15 years, reports KIRO Radio.
An officer responding to a woman's cry for help Sunday night found 46-year-old Jose Madrigal on top of the woman and arrested him.
According to court documents, the woman told police that Madrigal had followed her and offered her $35 for sex, but she said no. She said Madrigal then forced her into the bushes on the north side of the store and raped her.
Documents say Madrigal told police "Sometimes we have control in our brains, but we make mistakes."
The 28-year-old Edmonds woman was treated at a hospital.
Snohomish County prosecutors have charged Madrigal in district court with second degree rape. He is also is being held for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency.

Immigration laws must be tightened, not loosened up.

This is part of the xenophobic hysteria being whipped up by the teabaggers, by the far right. Statistics tell us that immigrants are five times less likely to commit crime than a US citizen. Statistics also tell us htat crime of all kinds is decreasing in Arizona.

What Arizona is displaying is xenophobia, combined with racism.

SJP, Bad answer. Not even close to M.L.K. day protests, I know it hasen't sunk in with many yet, but anybody who is against what Arizona wants to do is in favor of uncontrolled come on in immigration, welcome all and join our welfare programs. Again it is a perfect example of how socialism works, as long as the rich can afford to pay, the left will continue to spend.

What do you mean, bad answer? Have you forgotten your own history? Arizona refused to recognize MLK birthday as a holiday and faced boycotts as a result of it. They lost the Super Bowl and lost the 200 million $ plus revenue it would have generated. Eventually they capitulated with ill grace and only grudgingly made it a holiday.

Waht is 'bad answer' about this? Arizona has a well documented history of xenophobia and of racism.

Sort of like WMD's or patriotism.

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY." --Goering at the Nuremberg Trials

I remember the time when the "General" who had to hide, rather than command his equally coward soldiers to battle - yes, DeGaulle, the French wonder - came to Canada and shouted "Vive la Quebec Libre" - we had a Prime Minister who had the courage to tell this buffoon to take his crap out of Canada and shove it where the sun don't shine.

He was our Nobel Peace Prize winner (deservedly), Lester Rearson.

Today another Nobel Peace Prize Winner (you decide if He deserved it) applauds the modern day buffoon, rather than telling him to shove his comments where they belong.

Or at least make laws in his own land that would encourage his fellow citizens to STAY, rather than invading, illegally, a neighbouring country.

That's what happened in Canada and the United States. Organizations like "The American First" (AFC) and individuals like Charles Lindbergh were cast aside during the war and were either thrown into jail or their reputation tarnished for being "Nazi Sympathizers", as it turns out the attack on Pearl Harbor was a good thing for the Roosevelt administration as it brought the United States into the war and allowed them to crack down on the anti-war movement.

I know us Canadians had conscription protests during the first and second and by god if they attempt to conscript us to fight in Iran or North Korea than I'll be joining the protest, not even a false flag attack like the CIA blowing up Toronto with a suitcase nuke is going to convince me otherwise.

More on topic: Earlier in this thread some others and myself had a long discussion about whether being an illegal immigrant in the US is really a crime. It isn't, of course.

If more proof is needed for this, one can check out the 1958 US Supreme Court case United States v. Cores, which is a ruling regarding alien crewman of ships and planes. In the process of ruling on this slightly unrelated case, the Court (found in Footnote 6 of the decision) draws a clear distinction between illegal entry into the US and illegal presence in the US, the former being criminal and latter civil.

Source: UNITED STATES V. CORES, 356 U. S. 405 :: Volume 356 :: 1958 :: Full Text :: US Supreme Court Cases from Justia & Oyez

This ruling was tested in more recent times back in August 2007, when the Kansas Court of Appeals used the decision to repeat that being an illegal immigrant is not a crime. And a few US right-wing blogs such as WorldNetDaily...

Court rules: Illegal aliens not really 'illegal'

...NewsBusters...

Kansas Court: Illegal Immigrants Not Really Illegal; Media Outcry Pending | NewsBusters.org

...and Sweetness and Light...

KS Court: Illegal Presence In US Not A Crime | Sweetness & Light

... threw a minor fit over it.

I've been searching to see if the Kansas Court of Appeals decision was appealed to the Kansas Supreme Court, but there's no record of the case in their list of decisions.

Kansas Judicial Branch - Cases and Opinions - Kansas Supreme Court Case Name List, Cases Beginning State v.

If that's accurate, then the ruling stands. In the State of Kansas, it's even more directly clarified that being an illegal immigrant is not a crime.

There is no logic like Liberal logic:roll:
If you can't baffle them with brilliance..................................

Are you saying that conservatives try to baffle them with brilliance? Well, conservatism is synonymous with many things, hatred, prejudice, racism, sexism, homo phobia, xenophobia, having a thin skin and so on. But brilliance is not a conservative attribute.

i doubt if the Canadians will be conscripted. No doubt Harper would like to, his tendencies are towards extreme right. However, he knows that while conscription will make him more popular in Alberta (as if he needs more popularity in Alberta), it will be the quickest way to commit political suicide in Ontario and Quebec.

I have said it before, Harper may be crazy, he may be an extremist, but he is not stupid.

Giving police the ability to ask for proof of citizenship for all suspected infractions of the law, no matter how small, is an invitation to racial discrimination, despite the pleas of the law itself that it won't permit such profiling.

Illegal aliens aren't immigrants, are they? If so Ima gonna get me an apartment in Honolulu and go job hunting there. I wonder how much luck I'll have.

What Arizona is displaying is xenophobia, combined with racism.

What's Mexico displaying? I understand their immigration laws are very similar to Arizona's. Will I be able to claim Xenophobia when I get deported from Hawaii?
