The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is the part of the government responsible for enforcing immigration laws.
Thanx...

ICE Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office of State and Local Coordination....

ICEOSLC is responsible for building and improving relationships, and coordinating activities with state, local, territorial, and tribal law enforcement agencies. It also fosters and sustains relationships with federal, state and local government officials; and coordinates and manages daily 287(g) Program operations as a component of services offered under ICE Agreements of Cooperation in Communities to Enhance Safety and Security (ACCESS).
Thus proving S.B. 1070, is not preempted by Federal statute.
If ICE determines that a person has violated immigration law, it will initiate deportation proceedings.
Thus proving it's a violation, my point all along...

CDNBear quote from a few pages back:
Uh, no it's not.
You and Petros can dance around semantics all you want. I really don't care.

Neither of you have offered any proof, other then your personal opinion and erroneous interpretations of legal definitions.

Any time you want to actually debate the topic using fact, case law, legal precedent and reality, feel free to start at anytime.

Like I mention the definitions are from Black's and not my own.

What claim do I need to offer proof of?

And I replied...
Absolutely correct!!! Except in the disposition of law. You have committed a crime when in violation of Civil, or criminal code.

And completely irrelevant on this topic. Made so by Federal statute.
I highlighted the part you're having an issue with, which you ignored and edited out in another post when I provided Federal Statute on the matter.

Do I have to explain the differences between, enforcement agenices, laws, acts and statutes, courts, trials and hearings?

So what claim did I make?

is so, is not, is so. is not.:lol::lol::lol:

Even a civil crime carries with it penalties, and in this case deportation is one of them. As was mentioned earlier that not complying with the Americans With Disabilities Act is against the law and carries penalties. (Civil - Criminal both are crimes and carry penalties).

Oh, now you've done it!!! Now you're in for a lesson about what is and is not a crime!!!

No, that is it, point was made days ago.
Oh I know that, but I have no hope they'll get it. Which is why they haven't been able to provide a lick of case law, legal precedent or rulings to support their position. Except to try and argue the peripherals and semantics.

Crime is the breach of rules or laws for which some governing authority (via mechanisms such as legal systems) can ultimately prescribe a conviction. Individual human societies may each define crime and crimes differently. While every crime violates the law, not every violation of the law counts as a crime; for example: breaches of contract and of other civil law may rank as "offences" or as "infractions". Crimes are generally considered offenses against the public or the state, distinguished from torts which are offenses against private parties that can give rise to a civil cause of action.

True, now all you have to do is read the Congressional definition again, when citing Federal statutes, and S.B. 1070, and you'll be all set.

Now, can you prove S.B. 1070 is unconstitutional?

Have a great day Petros...
