Are people really mean in BC?

This native BCer thinks anyone from the other side of the Rockies are foreigners. Abers not so much foreign and although they "talk really funny over there" in Newfieland, they're ok, too. But the folks in between are really oddly foreign.
I've been a BCer for 70 years, and it's been that long that I've been mean to
anyone who comes across our border, since 1938, be careful.;-)
Now I'm going out to my 'f*****g

With the exception of one year (in Calgary) I've been here since '43, I may get out to my garden later, had quite a lot of rain overnight and it's pretty mucky out there. Watch your thumbs don't turn green Talloola. :lol:
BC'ers are only mean if they find out you're from Alberta... then the jealousy kicks in
A goodly number of BCers are former Alberians who ran away screaming. I would like to know what you think BCers are supposed to be jealous of. I have never found any.
There are mean people everywhere and there are some truly great people everywhere. Sometimes it's what you're most in tune to see that makes the biggest impression. I've seen people smiling in a Basketweave traffic jam and people frowning in a nursary. People.... Go figure....
ha, you should see the size of the fish in my pond, don't even have to throw
them back, when we fish.:lol::lol:
Yeah, wife keeps nagging at me to make a pond for fish, turtles, frogs, dragonflies, etc. It's on my list of stuff to do, Honey, I swear. lol
