Actually one of my favorite bands was Canadian. They were called Treble Charger and they were not around for so long.

The song "Brand New Low" is among my favorites to this day.

They invented rock and roll, and always were the best practicioners of that genre of music. The brits borrowed it and just sissified it down to their standards. 70's and 80's rock is my favourite,too.

Look at a lot of Stones and very early Beatles and you'll probably find it has Memphis roots....
