Random chaos is almost a daily headline these days. before 1990 how many were there in a year and you would have to look for a year when it happened, now it is a weekly event. America never was great so how can it become great again Walnut?

This sad event is becoming even more ludicrous with every tweet from the moron-in-chief. Armed Guards? Well, that is a brilliant solution - no doubt it is part of Trump's job creation program. There are about 4000 synagogues in the US, so assuming a 24 hour rotation that would create about 12,000 new jobs. But why stop there? Obviously schools, African-American churches, shopping malls, parks, and other public areas are worthy of being guarded. In fact so many guards would be needed the Mexican border would have to be opened to get enough security guards to fill all the positions.

..and that would make the US a dismal fortress , not a free society it is advertiser to be. What better way to "control" the population. The more security and more guns is just another simplistic idea from a simple man.,,who has no creativity in problem solving. Instead of platitudes after a tragedy........ it might be time to examine root causes......... Applying band aids.........like more security is just a superficial approach.........and does not address the real issue.
People don't have to like everyone. That is not the issue. It is that toxic hate that smoulders until is acted out destructively as a form of belief that is the issue.
Something about parenting and school systems comes to mind......as that is where a person is most easily influenced and beliefs are formed.
And why are some countries more prone to hate as a culture than others?
