Northern Ontario,
Or fund the half million in by-pass surgeries he's had thanks to a lazy, dope sucking, beer guzzling lifestyle.

He can't take care of his own well being, what makes him think he can care for a planet?
So you have noticed too....that the ones who cry the most about the system, are the ones who use it the most.....
|Damned hypocrites.....

Ah, the justification for a price on carbon.
Tax the do nothing sit at home noncontributing consumer or cut what we pay them to survive?

That is Andenda 21 is it not? Give hut dwellers a solar panel for a lightbulb, a TV and a tablet rather than NG for industry and a job?

Yes, the gate thing has helped take the focus off of his intentional mangrip
Assault. The term is "assault". Love the NDP tactic though. Make it all about them while ignoring the actual crime that took place.
And in case you doubt that it was indeed a crime, once again I cite section 265 (1) (a) of the Criminal Code of Canada:

Assault

  • 265 (1) A person commits an assault when
  • (a) without the consent of another person, he applies force intentionally to that other person, directly or indirectly.

Then they should hurry up and get that stuff out of there and shipped overseas before anyone else finds out about this!

Read the ENTIRE section. We already went through this old man...If I try to hit you and accidentally hit your wife I still am guilty of assault. If not I'm coming over to try and hit your wife but accidentally hit you over and over.

It's not f**king rocket science Nick. If I hit you when I'm not trying to hit anyone, then it's not assault!

Exactly how do you know that it wasn't intentional?

And how do you know it was? Innocent until proved guilty! :) :)

He was already committing assault on other members. By pushing his way through a crowd and pulling on the CPC whip he is intentionally applying force without consent. Everyone else who gets hit or pushed during his criminal rampage is also a victim of assault.

Raises a question. . . do y'all have Parliamentary immunity? Anything like our Congressional immunity?

"The Senators and Representatives. . . shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place."
U.S. Const., Art. I, sec. 6, cl. 1.

That one is pretty f*cked up. I remember reading about a case in Washington state where a state Senator (or congressman) got pulled over and blew like 3 times the legal limit but no charges because of this immunity. Absolute bullsh*t and not the original intent of the section

I don't believe we have an equivalent in Canada.

That may be in the Washington constitution as well, I don't really know. The reason it's in the Federal Constitution was to prevent a President from having senators or representatives arrested to intimidate them or prevent them from voting.

Well then, hang Trudeabama high!

He looks like a reincarnation of Louis Riel. Should have doubled hung him. He is a zombie.
