6000 dollars for charity would not be a bad thing,i would sit through bull **** if it was a charity event,some people can afford it, I hope it is a charity.

If Alberta goes back to the stone-age because there is no export market for oil then we were never meant to survive in the first place. One thing it does have is lots of open spaces so the rough and tumble type of immigrants would fit in there quite nicely. The stupid ones end up face down in a ditch if the correction by the community doesn't do the job.
Women should not be pulling shifts at the 'camps', large gay men would be a better choice (or large men that can act like they are gay) as the ones doing the interacting. Women can be ordering supplies and keeping track of the refugees with video as being as close as they get.
Maybe the Indians would have some input on what works and what doesn't. Starting up a business seems to be frowned on if you are trying to get off the Rez. I would be more interested in getting some long term welfare cases off the list by giving them the help they need to start working for themselves. Have them run the corner stores and the thrifty stores and eliminate their RezStore. They can buy in town and send the recipe and proof of purchase (tracking chip stays with the item) in (online) and they get a refund the same day.
That would mean moving 25,000 off the Rez into the local communities and they can tag up with some relatives who are their sponsors in starting up a business in the shortest time possible as most of the money will be given to the ones on the Rez as the 'empty rooms' to the refugees from ISIS who will get to learn why they may have wanted and taken the war to it's conclusion rather than being 'taken alive and allowed to live'. At least the (cold) beer isn't tainted with lead like the fish in the lake are, we may find out that Muslims don't drink because they are allergic to alcohol just as much as the Indians are.

I thought the plan was to take over some flea-bag hotels and get 5 star money for the rooms and 5 star security withe the guests doing their own policing. The number that fade into the other parts of Canada with a new ID will be the route ISIS members take. Camp when you are surrounded by 'bush' is not something you want to leave as long as the supplies arrive on time.
