The woman gets to make 100% of the choices, even for the male involved (Outside of rape).
Condoms, spermicides, "the pill", or any other form of birth control (aside from abstinence) does not guarantee that the woman won't get pregnant.

There is no way this gentleman should have died from this fire. I mean apparently the fire wasn't a legitimate fire because if the fire is legitimate then the body will shut down the burn centre of the cells and no harm should come to the person who is on fire.
By this logic the woman should not be charged as the fire was clearly not legitimate.
And another thing. It is his fault for getting burned to death because he's walking around being so flammable. Anyone who goes around being flammable can't expect not to get set on fire.
