Taliban causing more civilian casualties in Afghanistan: UN
I was surprised to read in the article that the Taliban also has a Code of Conduct to reduce civilian casualties, though it appears though NATO has been quicker in implementing theirs.
I'd be interested in knowing what steps precisely NATO has adopted to achieve these results, what further steps they are planning in this direction, and what other measures could be taken to reduce civilian casualties even further.
