Doesn't that always happen with natives?I can trace half of me all the way back to my dad. The other half to my mum. hehe
Yeah. In the long run it doesn't matter. I've always been interested in the diaspora and the Jewish peoples who migrated to the Americas In the 15th century but that's about the extent of it. That's a mystery too.I can trace half of me all the way back to my dad. The other half to my mum. hehe
Actually, my mum has ancestry that dates back to before the Celts popped out of the woodwork in Ireland. My dad remembers stories from his granddad about an ancestor of ours fighting in some battle in Miklimackinac (or however you spell it) and one did some exploring in northern MB and ON before kanaata became Canada. There were lots of Anishinaabe back then and not so many Europeans.Doesn't that always happen with natives?
My Dad I can trace to France in the 1600's , My mom 1901 census! in Hull.........when she was born, or Rather her mother from ....
