If you aren't talking about the soul of a child, then you have to revert to when the fetus is naturally viable. Those are the parameters we have to work with.

OK lets go with that. Babies as young as 16 weeks have been born and have survived to live a normal live. So should we go with that??

Right now a woman can have an abortion when she is overdue. Does that make any sense??
