It's a not an "earing" noise ,but a "recordable" noise.
This noise exist in all the town .
This moise change gradually of frequency and is recordable in each recording you do .
With the frequency of this noise you can definite the day,hour,minute and second of a recording .

Maybe the idiots don't know. Low level "white noise" from power lines, etc, has been an issue since at least the 1960's.

Doctors call it Tinnitus....because I worked in a high noise environment for 39 years
