In Bring Cash, of all places:

RCMP probe suspected racial attack in B.C. | Sympatico / MSN News
---------------
And the ArceyMP says: "RCMP Const. Trevor Busch said "it is concerning for police that his may have been a racially-motivated crime and we're certainly taking that into consideration in our investigation."

:tard:Er, like a, duh; the N word was "heard many times". Three white guys on one black guy, and they're calling him a N, whilst hitting and kicking him..........Best the ArcyMP can do is "take it into consideration."

It's a wonder they didn't tase the victim...............:angry3:

Phonetically and technically speaking, the N word should be spelled the "en" word.

Science and the politically correct agree that race doesn't exist, even if some miscreants say so. Adding a hate crime charge to an assault or murder seems to me like tossing a speeding ticket on the assailants. Get the main and serious charge done without unnecessary diversions.

And, if we're citizens without regard to race, creed, or colour, then race doesn't matter. We're a multicultural country, not a multiracial country we are told. But we all believe race exists regardless. Sure seems like a racial motivated attack, but in a lot of ways, it doesn't matter to ensure justice is done here.

The attackers looked like 3 skinheads with hardly a full set of muscles between them. Too bad the victim didn't catch one of them between the legs with his boot.

8O......Say "N"...........en, right?

therefore, N, is perfectly correct.

Assault is just assault.

A racially motivated hate crime will get one prison.

Now, after me:.................. N .....................en.................N.......

Everyone cept you seems to get it.

Of course, Black-on-white attacks (majority of personal muggings) are NEVER racially motivated. It is so much more noble when an attack is motivated by greed.

Boy, some people can't take a joke.

However, assault is assault and that is the only charge that the police should be worried about. Think how difficult it is to put people in jail for murders and child abuse in Canada. Don't confuse our simple justice system. Those 3 attackers need a good stretch in the joint, despite their empty thoughts.

I can't speak for Canada but that likely is a good explanation for why white police attacks blacks and make up stories such as the Wilding incident in NYC that did not take place.

I assume you are talking about the one in Courtnay. It appears that the same three were involved in another altercation later that same night but the victim is white. I don't know if that went any farther than the local paper since it won't make such a good headline. So I don't think race is an issue in this case. The stupid rednecks were just trying to pick a fight with someone they thought they could beat.

All crimes against another are hate crimes. The reason for hating the person should have no influence on the charge.

Sure I can; take a joke that is.

My point was that it was a hate crime. How one perceives the pronunciation of N has very little to do with anything. Rowing away from the thread, as it were.

Anyway, just so you won't pout..............ha ha ha.......there.

''Targeting a person because of their skin colour is totally different then some random punch out in front of a bar''

That much is true. But my question is, when white police target blacks or Latins by the thousands throughout every city in the USA and the municipalities are forced to pay MILLIONS in compensatory damages for these police crimes, WHY AREN'T POLICE PROSECUTED UNDER HATE LAWS FOR THE FELONIES THEY COMMIT????
