eanassir, all I have to say, is that you are attacking others...etc to prove your point which makes you sound even more attacking. All I can say is please stop the attacks. Discuss without saying people are ignorant and the like, because if you look at it from a global prospective (not your own, minus your personal beliefs) and see how it really is, there are many truths that you may not agree with (some I don't either) but we must let people live their lives. You can tell about your religion but don't be sooo forceful. Be a beacon of peace and not a beacon of wrath. Be a light unto the people, but at your rate, you are turning people away from having any beliefs.

I have told him that a few times but he seems hell bent on turning everybody off to Islam. You seem to be much more sensible.

I look at the line in the bible about the path being narrow and interpret that to mean everyone has to find their own way home. The wide path would be religion, the narrow one is spiritual.

Yep, as soon as a person starts making threats he loses all credibility.

My question is why are you pushing YOUR beliefs on others...in truth, there is "Evidence" to support most all religions, some sort of historical truth that many use to support their religions. I'm a proud Anglican. I don't push my beliefs on others because I would not like them to do the same to me. Really this becomes a fight of words and makes people look like idiots. Not striking muslims or anything, christians do it too. I hate when the Baptist of the south mock people and demean them, even their fellow christians. Why do we all have to judge one another. Can't we all live and mind our own business and keep our religions beliefs to ourselves unless asked. I pray everyday, in public. People many times ask me of what faith am I (usually think I am Catholic). I explain to them, but I don't go about saying "You need to convert or you are going to hell you stupid sinner!" Why do we do this...why do you think that you are right and all is wrong. Yes, I believe in the power of the one true God, but the bible was written by humans...the Quran was written by humans. God did not divinely take it from heaven and set it down in front of us. Another fact is that all of these have been translated numerous times. Solo Scriptura is not the way anymore...could there not be prophets among us today as there were in the Olden days. What about the Apocryphal books? Do they not have influence in church laws. Really there are too many what ifs to be positive and pressing on. YOU can believe what YOU want, but don't criticize others...this post was extremely bold. I will believe what I want and you will not change that.

yes, you are right but some has the desire to manipulate all the people in what they believe, may be, to satisfy their egos or to make profits doing like that but as you told, we should keep our beliefs to ourselves ...

Do you mean practicing the truth or fulfillment of the truth? What fulfillment?

=Truth is What IS -from moment to moment a constant change in the present.
You can not control or "practice" the Truth .
The Truth IS an Entity .
but a constant fulfillment, a fulfillment in action.
-Action is the state of being"What is", the Truth, the change from moment to moment is the fulfillment in action .

And what truth in the past and the future; because the truth is the truth whether in the past, or in the future?

Psychologically you can create yesterday or tomorrow ;in actuality there is only present .You can say well I flew to Ottawa yesterday or will fly to Paris tomorrow ; Let me assure you that the moment you board the plane and take off , it will be present ,Anything that is in the fulfillment of action is now, in the present .
And that is Truth .

Truth is when you aren't .
When you are , Truth is not .

I respect your words.
I think it may be a matter of language.

You said: "Truth is What IS"

I say: This is the "truth" or you might mean the "reality".

Then you said: "from moment to moment a constant change in the present"

I say: The truth is unchageable.

Then you said: " You can not control or "practice" the Truth"

I say: This may be true; but you practice the righteous work.

Anyhow, if you give examples of the truth and the fulfillment of this truth it will be more clear.

You said: "Psychologically you can create yesterday or tomorrow ;in actuality there is only present"

I say: You can imagine yesterday or tomorrow, but if in reality something did not happen yesterday, then you cannot create it unless by imagination which will be like some lies.

Then you said: "You can say well I flew to Ottawa yesterday"

I say: In case you did not go to Ottawa yesterday, in reality; how can you say you went there?

Then you said: "or will fly to Paris tomorrow ; Let me assure you that the moment you board the plane and take off , it will be present ,Anything that is in the fulfillment of action is now, in the present .
And that is Truth ."

Correct, but that may be called "Reality" as well.

Truth is when you aren't .
When you are , Truth is not.

This I couldn't understand; if you give examples, it may become clear.

I only display the subject, and I am not forcing or imposing it or compellig anyone to it.

This is according to the Quran 18: 29-31

وَقُلِ الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكُمْ فَمَن شَاء فَلْيُؤْمِن وَمَن شَاء فَلْيَكْفُرْ ...الخ

The explanation:
(But Say [Mohammed: "It is] the truth [revealed] from your Lord [O associaters];

so whosoever likes [to believe – let him] believe,

and whosoever likes [to unbelieve – let him] unbelieve;

>> [surely] We have prepared, for wrong-doers, a fire of which the 'black tent-enclosure' shall encompass them;

and if they cry for help, they will be helped with a water like 'boiling turbid oil' [of sesame] which will roast surfaces;

how evil the drink, and how bad that to recline on!

>> [Surely, as to] those who believe and do [works of] righteousness, We suffer not to be lost the recompense of those acting aright.

Those [believers] will have Seven Gardens [in the neighborhood of their Lord]; rivers will flow beneath them; therein they will be adorned with [that issuing] from bracelets of gold, and will wear green garments [issuing] from fine silk; and from silk brocade; reclining therein on couches; how excellent a reward [is their reward], and how excellent [their couches] to recline on.)

It is your opinions that everyone finds objectionable. You conviction that your view of god is the only true one, that people who don't agree with you are doomed and your comments to some of the women on here has been reprehensible to say the least. You personally have said things that turn people off. You are no better than Achmed in the film above.

Good point. My wife had a Lebanese girlfriend for a while, loves her dearly. The ex-gf is Muslim and wifey got the impression that Islam was a relatively mild, helpful, and kind religion. Then she found out about Islamic extremists like the Hamas, Hezbollah, etc. and a few people like the Ayatollah Khomeini and now eanassir and seems to be quite put off about Islam these days. In fact, I'd think that between the Christian nutcases, the Islamic nutcases, etc. Anna was forced away from religions, period.
Me, I just think any religion is junk. :D

Religion is excellent as long as it's kept to oneself but as soon as you start trying to impose it or spread it around it quickly deteriorates.

Attention … attention:

People that are neither Christians nor Muslims and want to fight these two religions, pretend they are against all religions;

and in fact, from such people all the atheism, Evolution and communism issued, by men like Darwin, Marx and others.
