Spurred on by free universal health-care no doubt. What is the price to get an ingrown toe-nail removed these days, $10,000 or so?

And hot Cuban women!

Wow...is that what the Canadian taxpayer shells out for an ingrown toe-nail? Damn. You ought to do something about that. It is much cheaper in the U.S.

Even the Bible warns a person not to bed down with a woman whose relatives you have been 'harming' just in case you should fall asleep which increases the odds greatly that you will never ever wake up again. Feel free to put that one to the test by bragging how much you supported the embargo next time you have the coin to hire a hooker down there.

In AB it would be free as AHC hasn't collected premiums for the last several years, even then it was about $35/mo for single coverage. Most likely that would only cover the paperwork should a person just walk in, say an American on holidays. Probably best go for the 'economy fix' which is the same thing but without any local shot to eliminate the pain, bandages with real silver also are a bit more expensive than the 'used bandages' that come from a common bin that is a 'pick and choose' style.

Sounds like you have one heck of a system there!

Free... lol. You seriously believe that?
(in part)
Subsidized food, inexpensive housing, free medical care and education, and profit-sharing were among the benefits that eased the lives of all citizens. The government protected the employed in their jobs and subsidized the underemployed and unemployed. In addition, there were nurseries to care for the children of working mothers, orphanages for homeless children, and homes for the aged. The welfare programs had reached even the oasis towns of the desert, where they reportedly were received with considerable satisfaction. The giving of alms to the poor remained one of the pillars of the Islamic faith, but the extent of public welfare was such that there was increasingly less place for private welfare. Nonetheless, the traditional Arab sense of family responsibility remained strong, and provision for needy relatives was still a common practice.
Libya - HEALTH AND WELFARE

And then you pricks came along

US investment must end. The US government must send a clear message to the Gadhafi regime and the Libyan people that violent suppression of basic human rights cannot and will not be tolerated. Threatening to cut off the flow of US capital places pressure on the police, military, and mercenaries: if they believe that supporting the regime is a lost cause, they will abandon the campaign of violence. The survival or toppling of the Gadhafi regime is, in many ways, a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Demand that the US government immediately impose sanctions against the Gadhafi regime, and exert pressure on the United Nations and other international organizations to do the same.

Sine we are so out of control perhaps you can do the same petition against us, that will show him who's the real boss. Say good-night Irene.
