Trump said in a statement. "I have always felt that Russia and the United States should be able to work well with each other towards defeating terrorism and restoring world peace, not to mention trade and all of the other benefits derived from mutual respect."

What an A-Hole that Trump is!

Trump halts covert arming of Syria rebels, a move likely to please Russia

https://www.washingtonpost.com/?wpisrc=al_alert-COMBO-world%2Bnation&wpmk=1

Gotta wonder what else Trump might have promised Putin as reward for helping him win the presidency of the U.S.

Of course anything that does not fit into the Trump supporters world view is now framed as "fake news"

Now Trump has done another twist about Health care. His inconsistency is defining his presidency. The only aspect that is consistent is his loyalty to Putin but then Trump is in Putin's debt.

If he was as loyal to the american population that he is responsible for........ his presidency might take on a more professional and serious tone.

I knew you wouldn't answer.

Geez... who would have thought that the libs want to continue the war in Syria, keep weapons flowing, and start a war with Russia.
You are clairvoyant ;-)

Nice spin about the libs.

Seriouslyy: isn't that part of the issue now ..... the extreme partisanship. In the final analysis it matters little what party one favors.........as what matters is what is accomplished for the population. If Trump was a democrat ,he would still be an A hole.( to quote you ;-). And it is well known that a-holeism trickles down from the leader right down to the lowly supporter . If a leader is smart, knowledgeable and competent....... that inspires confidence and that trickles down too.

about Justin....... Don't really want him to fill in any void. I prefer that Canada remain a quiet , unassuming, smart and developing country in the most humane , and scientific way. I would prefer it to be a bit more neutral than it is. But that is a challenge with the big bully to the south of us. Canada is still a young nation........ and it would not be wise to get too big for its britches. Hopefully it continues to learn from history....... but who knows. ?? There are nations in Europe that are wiser, more mature and more experienced. To bad that the UK went elitist and did the Brexit thing. They are just finding out about the consequences of that move. We are part of the commonwealth and that gives us connections of a "family" so to speak . That is a positive thing. We are not a loner , or think that we can function all a lone and by ourselves in a world that is so interconnected now. Countries that isolate don't do as well. and become delusional about their own importance.

You actually sounded like you had half of a brain there. Too bad you are a close minded liberal and rely on fake news for your fix.

I found it amusing that you on one hand chastise Trump about slowing weapons shipments to Syrian Rebels yet you don't want Canada to fill the gap. Anything against Trump eh?

No different from the time Assad gassed his people and you were saying... "What... if anything is Trump going to do?". When he fires missiles you get on him about doing something. Trudeau didn't do anything... then again, what can Canada do. Very little power projection capabilities in that country. Their armed forces are brave but they have pretty much nothing to defend themselves with... except that bully to the south.

You hate Trump so much that you disapprove of ceasing to dump more arms into the Middle East?

I think we've identified a case of TDS here.

Whatever makes you think Trump WANTS to "turn around" or otherwise change his presidency?
No one said he wants to change, or change course or turn anything around. No one says he has to either.

but given his approval ratings....... there seems to be some dissatisfaction about his performance. His loyal supporters seem to like what they see. (and they are the ones that matter to him. The rest of the country?? ...who knows?? Isn't he supposed to be leader of the entire country??

This entire dynamic is fascinating....The best "reality show " on the planet. ;-)

John McCain’s 1969 “Tokyo Rose” Propaganda Recording Released

transcript in video.

"In the propaganda recording, Lt. Commander McCain said he was “guilty of crimes against the Vietnamese country and people.” He confessed that he bombed “their cities, towns, and villages and caused many injuries, even deaths, for the people of Vietnam.”

He praised the medical care and kindness of his communist captors even though he came to North Vietnam as “an aggressor.” McCain said he wished to express his “deep gratitude” for their “kind treatment” and that he “will never forget” the kindness extended to him by the communist North Vietnamese.

John McCains Reasons For Arming ISIL (ISIS)

I love red thumbs from people so easy to prove clueless.
Say maybe you did know..whose side are YOU on anyway?

PS
WE know now for certain the Gulf of Tonkin incident which was the cause of the Viet Nam war was a false flag and NEVER HAPPENED (FOI Documents!)
Then of course his father the admiral was the prime architect of the cover up of the Israeli sinking of the USS Liberty which we know now for certain DID happen.

Funny how little the Trump haters actually know about the reality we are in.
