Sadly "groomer/grooming" will go the way of "nazi" and stop meaning what it should because of misuse from an ignorant populace.
And it won't stop caring people from, you know, caring.
It’s fascinating how they are so anti LGB and misogynistic while getting away with it. No condemnation from the media, celebrities, feminists or the LGB crowd proper. Just JK Rowling basically. I guess everyone else is too afraid.

Well if it were up to the anti-GLBTQ+ crowd, you would ignore the kid or tell her to stop being so silly and leave it alone.
A REAL parent would sit down and have a discussion with her about the concept of her wanting to be a boy. Does it have to do with liking boy things? Or is it something she feels inside? She could be just a girl who likes guy things, or she could be gender fluid and only just realizing it. Or it could be nothing at all. That's why the conversation.
Also it could be her kid is just growing up and things change. Hard to tell from a single posted comment.

But conversion therapy and its techniques (prayer and torture) is a tried-and-true Christian tradition, going back to the Inquisition.
