"Do you feel lucky, pussy?"

Clint Eastwood on Donald Trump’s Racism: ‘Just F—ing Get Over It’

“When I grew up, those things weren’t called racist,” says actor, director and producer who would vote for GOP nominee over Hillary Clinton

Clint Eastwood thinks America’s “pussy generation” needs to “just f–ing get over” Donald Trump’s “racism.”

In an interview with Esquire published Wednesday, the actor/director/producer said young America — which he has dubbed both the “kiss-ass” and “pussy” generation — needs to stop throwing the word “racist” around so freely.

“[Trump’s] onto something, because secretly everybody’s getting tired of political correctness, kissing up,” he said. “We’re really in a pussy generation. Everybody’s walking on eggshells. We see people accusing people of being racist and all kinds of stuff. When I grew up, those things weren’t called racist.

I am shocked by an old, white guy defending Trump.

If you're going vote for anyone because you don't like political correctness...

...then you're a fukking idiot.

Republicans nominate dangerously insane person to lead America, then panic when he proves he’s dangerously insane

I don't subscribe to Political correctness in any way, shape or form and I don't consider myself to be a "fuKKing idiot" :)

Where is it carved in stone that, that is going to happen. They maybe crazy down there but they aren't f**king idiots. Obviously it takes much more than one guy to throw the switch.

That is much more than being politically incorrect, that is down right impolite and I try to avoid that! :)
Good. I commend you.

I'm trying to focus in on what's "political correctness," and what's ordinary politeness and shifts in the language (languages do shift, you know, the deletion of "groovy" from the lexicon wasn't a Great Big Conspiracy).

You are occasionally rational, so I thought you'd be a good person to talk with about it.

Thanks for your input.

Donald Trump can't say two sentences without blurting out something completely brainless. He considers that political incorrectness and a badge of honor.

It's a shame that Clint didn't have the balls to be politically incorrect and call Trump an idiot.

I'm not sure what political correctness means exactly. The way people talk about it I suspect it's a myth like the chupacabra or talking to the dead. But from a strict reading of the words, I'd rather vote for the correct politician than the incorrect one, or the one closest to it anyway.

In my experience, it means people saying you shouldn't be deliberately hateful and hurtful in your word choices.

Yes, and the "punishment" and "oppression" that the belligerently "un-PC" suffer so horribly from generally amounts to the usual disapproval and isolation that deliberately rude and belligerent people get.

But from a strict reading of the words, I'd rather vote for the correct politician than the incorrect one, or the one closest to it anyway.
Well, you don't get to, but I'll vote for Mr. Trump on your behalf.

I hear you, some words have taken on meanings, above and beyond the original and valid meaning. "Retarded" is one, people have made it into an ugly word when really all it means is "delayed". I don't worry too much about political correctness when it comes to people who deliberately f&&k around with the English language. :) :)

Seems like the Christian thing to do.

I hope you live in a state without voter ID laws. Vote early and often! I wouldn't want you to vote on my behalf but not on yours.

The meaning of words is determined by usage. You may not worry about "political correctness" but you could worry about linguistic correctness. If a word is no longer used the way it once was, the meaning has changed.

No problem. I already got nine fake IDs and disguises to match. Ain't no Kenyan Muslim socialist like Hillary Clinton a-gonna keep me from exercising mah Gawd-given right to One Man: Ten Votes!
