Food for thought:
How shameful is it that hundreds of millions of dollars are spend on political campaigning?
Think of all the things that amount of money could do if put toward health care, education, rebuilding infrastructure, etc.
How many honest people with brilliant minds are prevented from running for President because they don't have those kinds of resources?

EXCLUSIVE: Resignation letters piling up from disaffected FBI agents, his wife urging him to admit he was wrong: Why Director Comey jumped at the chance to reopen Hillary investigation

  • James Comey revived the investigation of Clinton's email server as he could no longer resist mounting pressure by mutinous agents, sources say
  • The atmosphere at the FBI has been toxic ever since Jim announced last July that he wouldn't recommend an indictment against Hillary
  • He told his wife that he was depressed by the stack of resignation letters piling up on his desk from disaffected agents
  • Comes was also worried that Republicans would accuse him of granting Hillary political favoritism after the presidential election
  • When new emails allegedly linked to Hillary's personal server turned up in Abedin and Anthony Weiner's computer, Comey jumped at the excuse

And the sad part it's not JUST about money, but how the bastards got it. Maybe one in ten actually did some work for it, half of the remainder possibly inherited it and the other half likely stole it.

US Federal election campaigning probably creates more employment than any other industry in human history.

Trump supporter goes berserk on reporters: ‘Jew… you’re the enemy!’

A man at an Arizona Trump rally last Saturday accosted reporters on Saturday, screaming “You’re going down!” while also shouting anti-Semitic slurs.

“We know who you are! You’re the enemy! You’re the ones working for the devil! Maybe!” the man yelled. At that point, the crowd broke into a chant of “U-S-A! U-S-A!” and the man chanted along, editing the common nationalistic refrain to “Jew-S-A! Jew-S-A!”

So this just happened near the press pen at Trump's Phoenix rally. Man chanting "Jew.S.A.!"

The man was also reported to have shouted at the press that “You are rapists,” and “You need to pay for Bill Clinton’s rape,” and “You are responsible.”

The Trump supporter has yet to be identified. While Trump spokeswoman Hope Hicks said that the Trump campaign “strongly condemns this kind of rhetoric and behavior,” in a statement to Politico, adding that “It is not acceptable at our rallies or elsewhere.” However, the primary way that the Republican presidential nominee has made headlines in this election has been by making racial and misogynistic comments that many have found offensive.

Trump has also routinely attacked the press. During the rally where this unnamed Trump supporter called the media the devil, Trump also called them “terrible people.” He then repeated a frequent claim of his that the media is conspiring to keep the public from finding out that the national murder rate is at a 45-year-high.

According to the FBI’s Uniform Crime Report, the murder rate was 4.9 per 100,000 people in 2015. In 1970, 45 years before, the murder rate was 7.9.

Utterly useless employment for people who don't need it! How many $12 an hour jobs are created? Maybe the poor bastards who are tacking up posters.

It is sad enough that you have to be rich to get a nomination but worst of all is the contributors, the big money CEOs and Corporations buying favors. Look who attends the fund raisers. If they gave the same amounts to charities it might do some good but they only care about getting to say how the country is run in their favor. Yep, money can do that!

Hire 2 to dig a hole and 1 more to fill it back in. Put them a day apart and nobody will ever be the wiser.

How much to move cities in danger of flooding via rivers be moved to higher ground? Start with the Mississippi and the add in the Missouri River. You might need borrow pits to even build something called 'high ground'.

You have it figured out D.M. It's probably just as well the brats with the platinum spoons in their mouths qualify for the job, the rest of us would likely puke at all the shenanigans not to mention the greed and waste.
