Is it rigged? 'User error' being blamed for Texas ballot bungles

Election officials in Texas are blaming “user error” as the reason behind a pair of serious ballot bungles.
Lisa Houlette and her husband Gary voted in Randall County -- near Amarillo -- and they were stunned with the results.
Lisa wrote on Facebook: “Gary and I went to early vote today...I voted a straight Republican ticket and as I scrolled to submit my ballot I noticed that the Republican Straight ticket was highlighted, however, the Clinton/Kaine box was also highlighted!
“I tried to go back and change and could not get it to work. I asked for help from one of the workers and she couldn't get it to go back either. It took a second election person to get the machine to where I could correct the vote to a straight ticket. Be careful and double check your selections before you cast your vote! Don't hesitate to ask for help. I had to have help to get mine changed.”
But Judge Nancy Tanner said the machines are fine.
“There is nothing wrong with any of the machines we use for voting,” she said in a statement. “They do not flip your vote. They do not flip parties. Humans do that.”

Let's see. Trump trumpets about "rigged election." Trumpkins, left alone with voting machines, claim they entered Republican and the machine flipped them.

Nope, nothing suspicious there, except for the GREAT BIG CONSPIRACEEEEE TO DESTROY MURKA!

It's worse than most people thought. The Clintons even control all the machines. Eaglesmack should be along soon with some information from the National Enquirer to confirm it

Bernie Sanders Is the Most Popular Politician in America

As of this writing (Oct 25,16), he is the most popular politician in America. His favorable ratings are two points higher than those of President Barack Obama (who is currently enjoying his highest numbers in 45 months). They are 10 points higher than Hillary Clinton's. They are 19 points higher than those of both Donald Trump and Speaker of the House Paul Ryan.

Have you noticed that it is often the trailer park trash that discovers these great conspiracies?

Why would you say that? If a woman really is seriously assaulted she doesn't just make an accusation. She does something about it. Like go to the law and lay her legitimate complaint and see that justice is done.
Women who make false accusations make it hard for women who have legitimate complaints to get justice. They make law officers suspicious of the charges and subject them to undue scrutiny.
That's why I have such disdain for women who falsely accuse. That, and that they can place a stigma on an innocent man that he will carry for the rest of his life even though he is proven innocent.

Strong women don't complain about minor advances like comments, attempts at groping, etc. They set the guy right by giving him a tongue-lashing, preferable in public or delivering a well-placed blow to a vulnerable part of his anatomy. What they DON'T do is hang their heads in shame, whine for sympathy or play 'victim'.

What's with you anyway? Do strong women make you feel threatened? Do you like to keep women thinking they are victims?

You said that women who whine and make accusations have low self esteem and haven't accomplished anything. You didn't specify a difference between women who make, in your words, 'legitimate' complaints.

Now you're backtracking, I assume because you realized that what you wrote was moronic.

The lengths you go to in defending your wet dream Donald is quite amusing.

Now we are starting to hear some sense- too bad all the politicians don't have as much.

They just don't get it. So many people want to be victims, poor them! Makes their sympathizers feel all do-goody, I suppose.
Some of these posts are so ridiculous they don't even rate a response.

I keep in mind that when I first joined the Forums, my son (the computer guy, Dave) said, "you won't like it, Mom. Most of the people on there are idiots and losers." How right he was!

And how nice it is to meet up with people like you who have their heads in the real world. :) Not many left.

Is that how you read this ? If so you should be a reporter .

What do females need to be liberated from ? carly Whatever her last name was , was CEO of a company and contender for the highest office in the land . Hillary is well on her way to win that job . Where is it that females aren't liberated . Liberia for sure , Saudi Arabia maybe , America definitely not ,women their are oppressed and kept bare foot and preggy .

Nice to meet up with another one who 'gets it'! Those who insist that women are victims and need protection are enablers, keeping the women dependent.
Women aren't fighting for liberation any more. They achieved that long ago. What they fight for now is dominance. They want no limits or restrictions but the try to place limits and restriction on the men. They want fidelity, respect and obedience from men but they sure don't give it!

You realize any categorical statement you make about women includes you, right?

Unless there's something you're not telling us?
