Actually, if someone tallies the numbers, I can test the hypothesis that the rates are the same...if anyone is interested...:D

I was just yanking Icky's chain as he seems to be a rabid leftist...If I hadn't started in this forum being on the right I would be tempted to play the other side.....but it's too late now;-)
