Are you saying France does not have one Frenchman that is a Muslim? Or that France isn't backing the rebels in Syria, like these guys. If you don't like the way they act when they come back from a place where they are supposed to kill soldiers and police and women and kids then don't send them over there in the first place. (considering it is all about lining the pockets of shareholders of Western business with oil fount in Muslim Nations. We are worse that we were in 1953 when Iran was 'invaded'.

I like your logic. If you train and send a soldier to kill, then that soldier should be able to return and kill whomever he likes without criminal liability.

As a former soldier (airman, technically), I fully support that idea.
