I wouldn't have a clue what the correct answer is. Probably as many different answers as there are people is as good as any. I suppose once there were 5 times as many educated and fully employed kids paying the debt it would help. Tell me something, how would the average person today raise and educate 10 kids?

Only someone intentionally wanting to live a life of poverty and difficulty would.

That's why my argument is for supporting parents. Because we all enjoy benefits and services our kids will Be on the hook to pay. And it wont be fair if we produce to few kids, that won't have the ability to pay for the debt we will leave.

So no!!! Pay for users is not fair to our kids. Who will be to few to handle the massive debt we will leave them.

If we all benefit from services that kids will one day pay, It is the responsibility of all those who benefit to help to produce as many kids.

Producing to few kids that will handle paying the debt from our services is not really, unlike throwing our kids under a bus

I'd like to know how and where they intend to create "spots"? As it stands there are few available and none are currently regulated. Some charge a nonrefundable application fee and are basically robbing hopeful parents by advertising openings that don't exist.

The potential for even more fraud could be an issue.

Oh, and what f-ck happened to grandparents who did the part time parenting out of love?

Those bums those criminals those old people who never paid a penny into it in their lives...

Make 'em into crackers.

They are. Those old people didn't even pay 1/10th of the actual price it will cost for all the benefits they enjoy.

The whole thing is based on kids paying for it, and their kids doing the same for them.

So lets make sure there are as few kids as possible so that the few kids we have really get screwed big time.

So you suggest they enjoy paying over half of what they earn in taxes of some form or another for nothing? And then add on cheap subsidized child care on as something else they can enjoy? I would certainly like to be enlightened as to what I've enjoyed that I've only paid 1/10th of the price of.

Yeah, haven't figured out how to get too much enjoyment from BP or asthma meds, but I guess the alternative could be less than pleasant. But if you saw my insurance premiums you'd think I should be able to get at least a few fun things just because.

Who is going to pay for it? The ones who use it or the rest of us? Just wondering how many of us still agree with the old tried and true system of user pays!
The parents (or whomever) and the payee is the nearest kid that is as close to being 12 as possible without going over. 13 is when they start school and in 6 years they do 12 grades.

again, how many kids do you have?
If your mom was asked if you were a success story would she lie and say. 'Yes.'
