Well, I'll go so far as to lick them. But I've tried chewing golf balls before (too much beer) and might again even. Mortars and pestles are a bit daunting, though. About the only things I dislike are squashes & family. Our kids were like your hubby for a while. Now they switched from alternate...

Sounds good providing the tandoori masawhatsit and the other one are palatable. I'll ask the wife to try chasing some down. I think I'll get her to pass on adding mortars and pestles, though.

Won't be me blabbin about your post. Anyway, keeping up the moisture content of the breasts is what the beer is for. :D Only dark meats from birds I like don't come in chickens and turkeys. Comes from grouse, pheasant, etc. Now, THAT's flavor.

    Pot Luck blues...

It isn't that cheap, unless you plunk one in your back yard. lol Most moose hunters drive quite a ways to get one, spend a fair bit on tags, license, etc. But taste-wise, moose is to beef like sockeye is to squawfish. My chompers are in good shape. Elk is a pretty good match for moose, too.The...

That's why I said you add bacon. Also, it doesn't need to be turned into pemmican. Regular grind is fine. One could use elk, too, for that matter. Both taste a lot better than beef. Actually both moose and elk have a taste. Beef is kinda blah. lol

There you go, Zan. You can make beef meatballs or use moosemeat like we like to do. :D Um, unless you are used to eating wild game, moose has a tendency to become fart factories, too. :D

Moose balls is good, too. Make meatballs the same way as you normally do except use moosemeat ground up with a little bacon. Serve on a plate with toothpicks through them. :D
