Scientist's opinions are probably as good as anyone's. I question all opinions but when you find several saying the same thing it's fairly strong evidence.

Should probably leave tne penalties right where they are. It's hard to change them back if need be once they are changed. There's an "escape clause" anyway, in that pretty well any sentence can be suspended.

Not really! We have a large ethic minority in the N. Okanagan, the vast majority of which are as well behaved and in many cases better than the Caucasians!

Nothing to do with race, everything to do with ability to handle guns & criminal intent. :)

Trudeau should recuse himself from something he knows nothing about! The trick is to identify people who shouldn't touch a gun and deal with them and leave the guns alone. Guns don't do anything, people do!
