Michelina's. A brand name of a healthy choice frozen dinner. Rice and teriyaki chicken type stuff.

One of the guys at works eats these yummy looking Michelina's things. Food label says they are on my list. Did not realize they were frozen. Been looking high and low for them. Gotta shop this weekend so will stock up on a few. Look great for lunch at work.

Totally normal. My mum's death, my dad's and my younger brother's all effected me different. Still grieving over my bro 4 years later. A year at absolute minimum of grieving time. 10 months is nothing. Give it time.
