Good to hear. You were on my mind as I went swimming and then hit physio today. I left mine to degenerate after my first slipped rib. had I realized what it was six months ago, I wouldn't be where I am now. Now I need full shoulder rehab. Who'd have thought the two are so connected?
Did you look into physio? Once it starts happening, if it was a rib that is, it'll keep happening until you strengthen up your back.

Thanx for your comment about my Muslim friend. He genuinely is a good guy. He has a cab and frequently gives free rides to friends or others who need rides to get health care or for shopping in bad weather. It's good to have friends like that.
