:-?

*In this case it is not.*

If you think that view Russians about *America* is: they eat fastfood days and nights, snickers, chips, etc. What you are deeply mistaken lol. We know about your country, much more than you about us muhahahahah.

Well....I have to say this the old U.S.S.R. made great efforts to hide what was going on inside its borders.
Putin was the head of the KGB and an ardent Communist and a devout Stalinist. Now he is the head of state. Look for gulags in Siberia to be enlarged or new ones built.

We do know that you and the 'Roos have a lot of material that you will not release concerning Hitler's regime.
Why is that?
Something to hide?

I almost always hear that from Russians, how shallow and materialistic Western culture is. But at least we don't have weave around drunks, staggering in the middle of the road in rush hour, as they do in downtown Moscow.

Georgia is not the 'end game' for Putin. Its an example for all the old Soviet republics and beyond that allying yourself with the West will be punished. Ultimately he wants all those Slavic republics and the 'stans on its southern flank under the control and sphere of Moscow. So i expect he will withdraw from Georgia after his point is made. But this is far from the end of his agenda.

Stradavar, I get the impression that you want a war - or just want to be brave on a computer. If you were THAT close that it would really matter to you, you wouldn't be online taunting. You would be in your basement hiding. If you want to seriously trade information .... do it. If you want to troll, get a fishing pole and a leaky boat.

Russias Invasion of Georgia, Georgia deserved to be kicked out of Ossetia, but it should have stopped there. Instead it looked as if Russia would keep going and force a regime change, I don't think that will be tolerated- Georgia for all it's faults is a democracy with a leader chosen by it's people. The US has to defend it or risk their reputation by not doing so. Perhaps there will be a troop build up on the Turkish/Georgian border.
