A new Iranian propaganda campaign is targeting First Lady Melania Trump and her son Barron by encouraging supporters to assassinate them, according to the New York Post.
A new video, “How to Kill Melania Trump,” was published out of Iran and shows images of the First Lady in a presidential motorcade and some locations around New York City, listing some of the stores where she shops. The video directed at supporters of the Islamic regime then threatens Barron, 20, at the end of the video.
The Secret Service and the East Wing didn’t comment on the video when asked by the Post.
Tehran’s twisted campaign
The video was the latest out of Tehran targeting U.S. President Donald Trump’s family. Billboards have appeared around the Iranian capital calling for the death of the president, Melania, Barron and Trump’s daughter Ivanka.
Melania has recently been out of the public eye, most notably missing Friday night’s White House Correspondents Association dinner. The Post reported the First Lady had a “scheduling conflict” at the time.
Trump and his family have long been targets of Iran’s hardline Islamic regime, even before the war. According to Manhattan federal prosecutors, Iran hired an operative, Farhad Shakeri, to assassinate the president before the 2024 election, one in a string of plots against the president.
The U.S. military hunted down and killed Shakeri in March.
High-ranking Iranians killed
The U.S. and Israel have successfully targeted and killed many high-ranking members of Iran’s hardline Islamic regime.
Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who had ruled the country since 1989 and had crushed any dissent challenging his rule, was killed in airstrikes on his Tehran residence. Trump called him a “vile man.”
Other high-ranking Iranians killed included national head of defence Ali Shamkani, Islamic Revolutionary Guard Cmdr. Mohammad Pakpour (who replaced Hossein Salamani after Israel killed him), defence minister and former air force Cmdr. Aziz Nasirzadeh, armed forces chief of staff Sayyid Mousavi and secretary of the Supreme National Security Council Ali Larijani, among many others.

Two men were reportedly hanged in a public square stemming from charges relating to anti-government protests this past January.
The hanging reportedly took place in “a square in the city of Malekshahr” in the central Isfahan province, as people watched on. Iranian media reported the two men were found guilty of “attacking police officers with machetes and knives, tying them to road signs, pulling them on the ground, dousing them with gasoline, and setting them on fire” on Jan. 8
This comes as U.S. President Donald Trump is set to meet with Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu in their first in-person meeting since the war began in late February. The talks between the two world leaders are expected to be centred around the Middle East conflict.

Closed-door meeting between Trump, Netanyahu was ‘productive’
According to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, the closed-door meeting between U.S. President Trump and Israeli President Netanyahu has ended and was “positive and productive.”
Israel says U.S. blocking strikes on Iranian energy targets
Israel Katz, Israel’s Defence Minister, said the U.S. is blocking the country from attacking Iranian energy infrastructure due to economic and energy concerns.
“We very much want to strike Iran’s energy targets – the U.S. is not approving it at this time,” Katz said, per CNN.
Katz added that the U.S. is concerned that such attacks could prompt Iranian retaliation against neighbouring states and trigger a global oil crisis.
Talking at a conference, Katz confirmed that U.S. fighter jets operating from Israel were en route to strikes on Iran.
“The Iranians are firing at every country in the region except one, the State of Israel. They know that American fighter aircraft take off from here and refueling aircraft take off from here in order to carry out strikes,” said Katz.
He added if Israel is attacked, its military will “strike back with full force.
“We have struck Iran twice, and we are prepared to strike a third time,” said Katz.
Jordan reportedly shoots down drone
The Petra news agency reported that Jordan’s armed forces shot down a drone that breached the country’s airspace early Tuesday morning. As reported by ABC News, the drone was shot down in an eastern desert area inside Jordanian territory, the agency said.
Gas field in north Iran attacked, says Iran media
Iran’s state-run IRIB corporation reported that a gas field in northern Iraq’s Khor Mor was attacked. The gas field supplies a majority of the region’s electricity.
Per ABC News, the gas field, located in Sulaymaniyah in Iraq’s autonomous Kurdish region, was attacked early on Tuesday, around the same time explosions were reported in Erbil — the capital of Iraqi Kurdistan, around 201 kilometres away.
Oman presents Iran joint management plan for Strait of Hormuz
Oman has reportedly presented a plan to Iran that would call for joint management of the Strait of Hormuz with “voluntary fees” that would ensure Iran doesn’t have sole control of the waterway.
The plan would see countries pay the toll to pass through the narrow waterway, which is a key passage for global energy. However, Iran insists that the toll must be mandatory, Al Jazeera reported.
“The strait also remains contentious between Iran and Oman, though several sources say some progress has been made on this issue over the weekend. But they remain poles apart on what the final version of things is going to look like,” Al Jazeera reporter Osama Bin Javaid said.
“The Iranians say the situation in the strategic waterway can’t return to what it was before the war and are insisting there will be a toll. However, they’re open to ideas about whether it’s going to be entry fees, exit fees, or if it is going to be in lieu of some services that both Iran and the Omanis provide,” he added.

Is real? Or is it bullshit? I can think of a 160 million reasons why it Is real.
While it raises all those questions for sure, the one that it raises for me is if the president is the Commander in Chief of the military then who now becomes Commander in Chief both him and Netanyahu? Can one impose martial law and have their army arrest the other?
